Xiaomi 13 would have nailed it, except it is overpriced outside its home country because if you can manage to import it from China then you can save some money. Even the Xiaomi 13 Lite got the price bump. I imagine if they release the Xiaomi 13 Ultra it would be one of the more expensive phone out there.

Exactly. I hate all monster size flagships. Everything what is above 6.5 inches is big and everything under 6.1 is too small. 6.4 and 6.36 inches is perfect size. And unfortunately samsung has very bad and limited possibility of setting the display. It has only two display color settings and only one can slightly adjust the white balance. I like One UI, it have DEX, and KNOX, better user experience, more years of software updates, is more stabile OS overall, better camera software too. As the size of the phone, my opinion is that s23 is more pocket friendly, so for those that move a lot and have more sport activities is much better.. Xiaomi have better battery experience faster charging. So at the end s23 is my winner, and in my country is almost same price...

I switched from poco f3 to s23 ultra and I am not happy with OneUI. I feel like I have an unfinished product from Samsung. MIUI is more refined in every way in my opinion, works great and looks great. It has much more options, is smoother and clearer. Each option they added to MIUI was refined to the smallest detail - in Samsung they just are and that's it. I miss some options from MIUI. S23 ultra is a great phone in terms of hardware but seriously.. i would choose miui. MIUI today is not what it used to be. It's much better in every way.

After almost a month of use, I like the xiaomi 13, the screen size is just perfect, and the brightness is also very good. Apart from the software, the phones are very similar in performance,probably with small differences in the camera department.. Charging speed is good. The software is not bad, miui 14 is very fluid. So is a matter of preference which one you choose.

I've owned a number of Samsung's before and I own a Xiaomi now, I must say I prefer the Xiaomi software a lot more. The Xiaomi animations are snappier and the phone doesn't slow down as much as Samsung when the storage is full.

I think samsung does not give very high speed battery charging support like other Chinese companies main reason maybe bcoz to extend battery life as they provide long-term software support that too on time not like Xiaomi and also bcoz most of samsung users who buy there flagship phones hold onto it for atleast 2-3yrs I have seen people using there s20 series phones working just great with good software support on the other hand Xiaomi flagship phones just downgrades performance over 1-2 yrs

Xiomi is louder but Samsung has better sound quality....xiomi has an ideal screen diagonal but dynamic amoled 2x is better than amoled on xiomi....the selfie camera is better on Samsung as well as the rear camera system....because of some small details such as the simple design, matte back and software, Samsung definitely has the upper hand.

I bought both phones and i will sell the Xiaomi 13. 1) It has worse screen: lower brightness under light (on paper it should be brighter but it's not) and not dim enough in dark conditions. Gorilla Glass 5 on Mi 13 vs Victus on S23. 2) worse speakers: slightly lower max volume, and worse sound quality (S23 has richer sound) 3) MIUI/HyperOS is terrible after getting used to pure android (before that i was using Xiaomi 12 with an AOSP rom). OneUI is closer to pure android. I can go for custom roms on Mi 13 but i'm kinda tired of all the hassle with all the bugs and fixes with every update on custom roms, it's like a cat and a mouse game. 4) S23 is more one hand friendly, i personally prefer the smaller phone. But i can't deny that Mi 13 feels more premium with that iPhonish design. I still haven't made a camera comparison but those 4 reasons i wrote above are enough for me to stick with S23. The things i will miss on S23: the faster charging and rooting (if u root a samsung phone u permanently lose auto OS updates even if u unroot and some other samsung features).

I have heard that on Xiaomi you can even return nfc-working by unrooting or upon establishingb or returning on some normal OS, but did you do a camera comparison? And what about battery-draining, android processors aren't energy-wise as I know, so what about it to be with..., 3900? Or something like that. I'm know for sure that I won't get S22 due to it's slim battery, S22+ maybe will be good choice but I haven't got much info about it.

MIUI is just rubbish, had 2 xiaomi (mi9t and poco x4 pro the last one lasted less than 9 months), I chose only because I wanted to save money and had a good spec at the time comparing with the cost, both rubbish, I hate them a lot, after a while were not even able to receive or make call, this time I will buy Samsung( that cost me less than mi13)

What I find better on Xiaomi is the control panel. You can change the volume without pushing the volume button, that annoys in the majority of android phones, except in MIUI. Either way I'm owning a pixel 7 and Im very interested in Xiaomi 13

pues opino lo mismo, xiaomi es peor que s23.... la camara delantera es mucho peor, la ultrawide tambien, solo gana en mejor balance de blancos con la camara principal, y a veces en el zoom. S23 tiene mejor estabilizacion, mejores fotos nocturnas etc etc.... abre los ojos

Good comparison. But i think the main deviation is on the front glass. Xiaomi has only gorilla glass 5 but s23 is with victus 2. So dissapointed due to Xiaomi not give at least simplw victus... Interesting...
