I've always loved their devices but, they don't have much of a presence in north america. In addition, it's been my experience that finding high-quality screen protectors and cases is an issue. Not to mention, their update schedule is random at best. Besides, why would I spend $780 United States currency on this when the base model of the OnePlus 12 only costs $20 more? Furthermore, the 12 offers the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 generation 3, quad HD display and reverse wireless charging.🤔

@@Space1T not to mention, the OnePlus 13 is debuting tomorrow October 1st in china. It will be released globally and in North America shortly thereafter. I can't imagine that the base model will cost any more than $800. Furthermore, it will come out of the box with Android 15 making it the first non-google Android to do so. It will also feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 generation 4.

The European version does not come with a charger because your lawmakers don't want you to have one. In Asia we get Xiaomi's 120W super charger. It charges to one hundred percent in 19 minutes. I've had several Xiaomi simply because I can't let go of the Infrared sensor lol, I recently had the 13 but was trying to hold off until the 15 , but decided I didn't want to spend the money but wanted something new. I always switch up every two years. I got the Xiaomi 14T because I love the flat design and the black color is nice . Not sure what it is but feels nice and similar to my Xiaomi 12 lite matte glass back. Long story short I ordered from Amazon Xiaomi 14t it came with charger and charger rope plus a adapter for US , works just fine and love the camera took a picture in a room I couldn't see in but the camera picked up everything. But I'm still waiting on that Xiaomi 15 the renders looks nice they're taking that iphone approach refining the design. I don't have the wireless or reverse wireless anymore but I never used it lol. But if I get a car with that feature I might upgrade.

I read a rumor in the German tech press that it's because the EU is pushing companies to not give you a charger in the box to be more "environmentally friendly." Fine if you already have a Xiaomi compatible 120 watt charger I guess but not everyone does. Still happy with my 13T pro, it's been solid over the last year.

While I do agree that the 14 Pro is perhaps the better phone I decided to buy 14T Pro because there was a limited time offer until 1.10.2024 in several countries in EU ( Of course not where I live which is Bulgaria). You buy the phone from official site and you get a free tablet and charger for 0.99 EURO / GBP. My phone is now at my friends in the UK, along with a wireless charging dock and a free Xiaomi Pad 6 which costs a whooping 369 GBP according to the website. So you I can live without the charger in the box for that deal, also i have several chargers at home. Its not a nice move to not be included in the box but the option to get one cheap is still there.

Most major Chinese companies recently started to ditch the charger in the box at least in regions like Europe. So you mightly have to buy a more expensive, proprietary charger separately if you want to charge these phones at full speed.

Flossy my main man, love your channel and white shoes been a subscriber for years and yeah you can flash the 14 ultra to a global ROM but you still haven't got any software update and security patches guarantees like 4yrs or 7yrs like a genuine global ROM version I feel this needs to be pointed out and if say you crack the screen you gotta ship it back to say Giztop who then sends it back to Xiaomi for a replacement screen and then giztop ships the phone back to you this can take upto 8 weeks and obviously your without your phone and at a cost of $250-$500 depending on the phone and which Chinese company you purchased your phone from

Most of the people in these videos that be talking about performance don't even be doing nothing on their phone! All I know is I own a pixel 8 pro and that phone literally handles everything everyone says it can't handle I'm playing most of the graphic intensive games on the highest frame rate that it allows and on the highest graphics that it allows most of the games are on full HD and there is zero lag whatsoever! Even when I test these mid-range phones they handle all these games perfectly! People are just mad that they spent over $1,000 for a phone to play a video game when the $300 phone can play that same video game just as good! I use phones heavy myself and the pixel 8 pro and various other phones that aren't labeled as powerhouse devices handle everything! This processor dead tuck is dead and has been dead since 2022! Literally any phone you buy has the power to do any and everything you wanted to!
