Things like your steps can't be viewed in an app. You have to look at the tiny bar graphs on the Watch. At least that was the setup when I owned the Watch. That seemed half baked to me.

I just received the Pace watch for Christmas. Overall I was really happy the first couple of days. However, I started to notice major issues. Every time I open Amazfit watch app I'm aggressively prompted to grant Contacts permissions. I also disabled Phone permissions. I DO NOT USE CALL NOTIFICATIONS. however the Pace Watch is prompting me that I receive calls, each and every time. The app somehow overrides the granted permissions. THIS IS A MAJOR vulnerability in ANDROID Security and a shady approach for Xiaomi/Amazfit. I can only stop receiving call notifications when in Airplane mode on the Pace. Do you have similar issues? Is there a fix? Not to mention the terrible support for 3ed party services such as Google Fit. Still, I got 2 updates since I bought it. Looking foreword for a more transparent approach and further integration with other services for the EU market. This is not China.

Get a Garmin or something more rugged if you want a proper sports tracker. The Amazfit Pace isn't water-resistant enough to keep sweat out. The electronics corrode, the battery starts to short out and run down prematurely, then it will die. This in my book, is a glaring issue for a so called 'sports' watch. Fine if you just sit on the sofa.

Thanks bro :) i have new camera few months already. Yes you get all notifications from smartphone (you can choose which show up which not) When you get call you can chose to silence it or reject it.

This is not a smartwatch per se, it is an activity tracker. Like those smartbands, but with GPS and better screen. By the way, moto 360 doesn't have a flat tyre? And how is the battery life of a moto 360?

+MasterBata define me what is smart watch and what isn't ? What does make it smart and what don't ? You can't define products in that way... Categorising would be complicated read impossible. There is always feature overlapping

Smartwatch is a very broad definition, I said it is an activity tracker. This one is much easier defined, wouldn't you agree? If a device shows time, measures various vitals, and allows to view or upload training results to Strava or similar site and not much else - it's an activity tracker, just like mi band with added GPS and a nice screen.

I understand you completely what you want to say. But for me there are just smart bands and smartwatches :). Amazfit is still a watch + smart one So for me it is a smartwatch, but i guess everyone can have their own vision of naming
