On my computer it had the following problem.The screen was always glued to the buffering point.After some searching i went to the General Settings and disable the option "Enable Hardware Acceleration".Afrer this change the problem was fix.

I just bought 5 cams and think i messed up.. the c500 pro supported but cw400 not supported .. also only 3 cams show up as live others go to blur mode.. you cant out full screen 4 cams either .. too bad the software for this xiaomi cams are crap.. if i knew this before i would have not bought them

I had the same problem, hence I came to this comment section to no avail. But after some trial and error I figured out that if I run it in administrative mode it opens. Try it, might work.

cw400 no funciona en la aplicación, estando en el mismo servidor de China

Mismo problema con AW300, he estado buscando y no encuentro porque no la detecta, un comentario abajo dice que no detecta 2K Cameras, pero en cambio si me detecta la C500 que es 3K, mas bien parece que la serie de exterior no las detecta ... Si encuentras algo por favor comparte.
