@@LimReviews That's kind of funny. Back when i bought my Xiaomi MiBand 3 (their first band with display) in China, the display by dafault is in Chinese. But when i downloaded the App on Android phone (english settings), it changes to English menu (Just the Date and Day). Hope they would implement on all their products.

Im ex user of amazfit bip for 1 year before this. Pros: Light, amazing battery life, have gps but im rarely using it, always on display, so many watch face options. Cons : plastic build, cheap feeling, bad lcd display, boring menu face, no notification, no music control, and lastly, the watch died after a couple of time im washing it with soap during covid19 mco back from city outside. Really frustrated bcoz that watch have certified ip rating. So now im really interested with this haylou solar bcoz of the metal build quality, great colorful vivid screen, and so much functions and not forget about rm100 cheaper than my previous RIP amazfit bip. 🤣. 2:29 as for my Mi Band 3 that also have IP68 rating, I have tried swimming it for about 30 minutes in salt water(sea) and swimming pool(fresh water) BOTH. . but not too deep. Just 1 - 2meters, and IT'S FINE !!! So I bet this smartwatch can stand swimming too1

Really good looking watch and good price. But as of now has some serious issues (probably most can be solved by software updates) as given below; HAYLOU FIT ANDROID ISSUES . App drains battery bit fast. . The weather temperature is not updating automatically. It should update weather information at least every hour or so. HAYLOU SOLAR LS05 ISSUES . Raise/twist hand screen activation is very sensitive. It keeps turning on the screen frequently. . The weather/temperature on the watch is not showing realtime info and not updating periodically. It should get updated at least every hour. . BT range seems too short, watch keeps disconnecting in next room. . Number of notifications that seen under “Notice” is very limited about 7 in total. When new notification msg received, last one overwritten. 7 is too low, should be at least 10. . Notification message max length is short about 75 characters (spaces included) total. It’s good to have at least 100 characters/letters. . It seems like watch doesn’t have any screen protection at all? It’s a deal breaker for many potential customers. It’s a good idea, as a compensation, to provide a tempered glass screen protector. . Sedentary reminder sometimes get activated during late sleeps, I.e: if you are asleep around 11am it might get activated . Sleep times unreliable, usually start earlier than actual or end late or early than actual. Somehow watch thinks you are sleeping before you go to bed. There is about 1-2 hours difference.

I'd say stay away from Solar for the time being due to its buggy software. If you just want a nice looking smartwatch, go for LS01. If you want a proper fitness tracker, go for MB5.

If you've turned it on, it will not shut down when the watch goes to sleep. This should not happen at all. Continuous heart rate monitoring means 24/7 tracking and you can see your full day's heart rate in the app.

It definitely doesn't track naps. There's a setting that enables it to detect "sleep" from 10PM-5AM (I'm not sure about the exact time). Anytime outside the threshold will not be tracked.
