Thanks for the information! just discovered the eco-mode and that this was the reason that the speed was limited! I accidentally put it in Eco-mode.... No I can ride full speed ahead again ;-)

Life saver, thank you for the eco-mode comment, I notice my jailbreaked scooter slowing down a few weeks ago. I thought the battery was done, but after the green light eco-mode comment I went to have a look at my scooter and it’s on eco-mode, now I have remove it and it’s back to full capacity.

Thanks dude, this was very informative. I'm now deciding between a Xiaomi 365 and the Inokim Light. They seem quite simmilar with bot having advantages and disadvantages. (Price, power, ease of repair, moding, etc) I'm now kinda decided on the Xiaomi because I can fix things myself and theres lots of info and parts available, plus its way cheaper, but asking people what they think can't hurt. So what do you think, Inokim Light or Xiaomi 356? Is there really a huge difference of quality between them? Thanks in advance!

Normal considering its ANCIENT TECH! Get yourself a new scooter today like an Apollo Air, the most reliable one! The Xiaomi M365 is ancient, obsolete tech with tires going flat often! The Apollo Air of this year's model will last you over twice the amount of time of the old one!

My scooter motor has started slowing and speeding up intermittently, any ideas. Feels ok when riding but you can hear the motor wiring up and down. I was thinking battery but ??

Hey so I bought the m365 about 2 weeks ago after watching your great videos and it works great! Just a quick problem, I hit a big bump in the road and all the tyre air blew out. Upon visual inspection, it doesnt look like there are any holes in the tyre, and I currently have a pump and just ordered a converter to let it fit on the bike nozzle. Do you think its best to try to replace the tyre or wait for the nozzle? I'm not sure if its popped or not, doesnt look like it. Is it possible for the air to rush out somehow without breaking the outer layer? Thanks for your time. P.S. I would totally just check right now if the Inner layer is intact but I actually dont have a 18mm wrench for the job to unscrew the bolts yet.

Sounds like the inner tube is flat. I would order a new tube. Or use a bicycle tube patch on the old tube. Also order the 18mm wrench, you are gonna need it anyways

@@DougHnut yeah. Just ordered the wrench. I also managed to peel back the outer layer to see and to my surprise... the inner tube was flat. Luckily, I have a spare, so It wont be too much of a hassle. Thanks for the reply so early!

I'm 152lbs so with a backpack and shoes prob 160 and I hit 27.3km/h on a 2min 30 sec ride but i think there was a slight decline during it. I've only had the scooter for 80km. Back tire got a puncture at 73km and I got a solid tire on it now. Everybody stay safe I accidentally had cruise on without realizing it and double tapped the throttle and it stopped. That was a fun scare.

Hey, here's a question: does your scooter (Xiaomi) turn to auto ridding more once you make the first push? I have bought, I believe Chinese copy (because it has no logos anywhere on the scooter, but looks like a one-to-one with original Xiaomi), and if I'm on either Green or White mode, once I push, it starts riding by itself, including when I walk the scooter. It doesn't make any sense, because when I walk the scooter (i am not on it and I'm not ridding it) acceleration goes on, and I have to press on breaks to hold it. It might be a malfunction, is that right? What do you think? Is there or is there not the Auto mode, when you push it, it starts ridding automatically without pressing the acceleration, or acceleration being pressed down once? Thank you :)

Today i took my M365 ( 1.5 month old and alwredy done 220km ) for the first time yesterday i had a wheel defect. I took it to a shop where they change and set up electric vehiles, and they told they will make me in about 1 hour. I wnet back for it was ready. I noticed something strange when I was driving home woth it. The first wheel ( where the defect was and was changed couple of minutes befor ) was much easyer to ride, I mean goes more fluently, like a non electric schooter, i almoast cant feel the resistence. The other thing I noticed is when i go about whatewer fast ex: 20km/h and i let the speed away the engone brake does almoast not work. Before the ,, wheel interior was changed,, when i left my hand from speed was automaticly slowing down the vechile quite fast. Now it is not . My question is did They destroyed the ABS?? And now the energy recovery system is not working? :( Is it easy to fix the problem? Or they made a big damage??? Please answere. Thank you

Mine is braking on its own. Sometimes it fixes it self but then same thing again. Acceleration is also bad. Any Tipps?can I disable front wheel brake? It's horrible with those slow downs. Can't even roll a hill down. It wasn't before. Kers is weak

Hi! When im riding my m365 scooter, sometimes it just stops accelerating/braking if it's on autopilot (Feels like it goes neutral) . I think that might be triggered by road bumps. If im just accelerating manually, it stops accelerating for a split second and then proceeds accelerating. It is kind of annoying and it feels unsafe so any help would be appreciated!

whats putting me off buying m365 is the battery pack issues with failed spot welds / blown circuit board fuses & tyre puncture susceptibility ........ too many potential issues out the box! maybe if they can improve on a new version.

ggss11 all bicycles have puncture issues, nothing we can do about that except for green slime sealer, which I hear works great. And the circuit board fuse issue was fixed after firmware 1.3.1 and up. Mine came with 1.3.3. The only real issue is the battery pack spot weld issues.

this is best escoot.. 850w firmware this is very fun to drive.. no problems yet, and allredy driving over 120km.

There already is a version 2. I have it. Get one made after March 2017 as this solved the power issue by putting dual fuses in. I use trye slime and pumped up to 40psi. Never a problem. Customised the firmware to 750-850w for more Power on hills (you can go up to 1000w). Best scooter for the price so far for me.

I agree. I canceled mine after i saw all theses problems, plus i have a hill the morning to tale my train. I think this is only the beginning, i prefer to wait next version or even power brand like japanese brands or motorcycle brands pr car to release a good version for 600 or even 1000. The dualtron compact is the one i have eyes on but i don’t know about reliabilty but i heard they have a good client service.

Thanks!, i must admit i have not been riding it as much as i did before. with an electric skate board and an electric mountain bike i find less time to experiment. im currently sitting at about 1200k and have recently changed the rear brake pads. not much in terms of reliability has changed. i am working on a video to increase the range,so stay tuned !

Use.107 firmware =no power lose when under 50% and use 850w firmware and u got lot of power. and u can still go 10-13km

How to get this firmware i used m365.botox website and flashed it with cfw but i lose alot of power when reaching 30kmh then it slows it self down and powers up again and slows down really anoyying it wont ride 30kmh Stable

My scooter was fine I factory rested it and now it only goes 10mph and when I’m on it goes 6mph but sometimes it just boosts to 15mph for like 2 seconds then goes back to around 8

I got a new Mi scooter pro 2 20kmh german Version. Mostly acceleration is very Bad. Sometimes not often acceleration is much better. Whats the Problem ? Whe acceleration is better it feels like it drives faster but it always Shows 19kmh. Mostly I reach only 18kmh. The battery is also Bad. Now in 11degrees outside I make only about 18kilometers. If I would drive with 25kmh the distance would be really Bad. My m365 with half battery and 25kmh was so much better. Dont know why

I have custom flash on it and it's working great, but I've noticed at full throttle and 80%+ battery charge, the scooter goes back and forward, just like if it would have some sort of speed limiter activated (i removed it with the flash tho). Have you experienced that ? if so, can it be fixed?

Bro i don't know but i also had a charging problem. it wasn't charging i just bought it, i solved that problem by myself some wires from battery we're out and now i can't get more than 5km range even if every single cell of the battery has 3,7V it's reacting and it's showing me that i have 0% with 3,7V on every cell and something more the battery should be 7800mAh but mine it charges up to 1100mAh...

Download m365 battery app from app store. And copy and paste the voltage values. I want to see if there is a cell problem or not

PLEASE HELP! My scooter has just stopped working. I went though a phase where it stopped working (despite having battery) but I could plug it in and it started working again. Now when I plug it in it doesn’t light up at all. It there something wrong with the circuitory?

Matt Dickson you could have battery issues. But you are gonna need to take the battery cover off to check. Make sure there is a blinking led on the battery. And we will go from there.

I have the same problem. You need to spot weld some of the connections on the battery pack and check the cable connections.

solid tires have one disadvantages: they slowly destroy the motor - like you have to resolder the solderingpoints every year or so.
