My Mi band 6 bracelet won't measure my Cycling without my phone on me. always prints must be connected to the phone (both bluetooth and location must be turned on). I've tried everything and it won't measure me while I'm riding my bike without my phone. Someone to know ?

I just want a smart watch or band that can accurately monitor: Heart Rate, Stress Level, Steps, Calories Burned, Cardio, Treadmill, Biking and Free Weights. Also, that it can last a few days on a charge and is water resistant/proof. Would like to be able to read text messages and see any incoming calls notifications. I don't care to answer or text back a notification in live time would be nice. I don't care for Google Assistant, Alexa, GPS or NFS. Would this band be good for that? The Mi 7 Band is getting bad reviews but it is new so it can possibly be fix with updated firmware.

Hi, basically any smart watch has a similar structure. It's hard to say what is better to choose. In general, such measurements Heart Rate, Stress Level, Steps, Calories Burned, Cardio, Treadmill, Biking and Free Weights in most cases are defined the same. I think not a bad choice would be Huawei Band 7.

I personally don't think that the MiB7 is ready for the United States or other countries for that matter. It seems to be set up for China mainly. I love my MiB6 though and for now I'll be sticking with it over the MiB7.

Can you see the dial in the bright sun? I have a mi band 4 and I don't see anything at all when it's sunny.

Compared to 4, the brightness has become 7 higher, namely 500 nits. But in past generations it was 450 nits. But even 500 nits is not very much, so using it in direct sunlight you will have trouble seeing anything.

CONTINUOUS HR measurement will only be during active sports training modes. Otherwise, you will only be able to measure every 1, 10 30 minutes and Smart HR measurement. But you must remember that constantly measuring HR will wrinkle your battery pretty quickly.

from what I have found, the NFC only works in china (NOTICE: The Xiaomi Band 7 Pro is Chinese version, which only supports English and Chinese language. (xiaomi mi band 7 pro contains NFC function, but the national standard of international NFC is different, so the NFC function of xiaomi mi band 7 pro may cannot be used outside China.))
