I'm wondering the same thing as my Fitbit Luxe is the perfect size for my small wrist. (But as usual with Fitbit products it doesn't last more than a year). I don't think manufacturers care abt us small wristed ladies/peeps. Apple Watches and Versas kill my wrist after long periods. (I don't want to buy the inside 3 as I don't like the design as much as the luxe and I'm kinda over Fitbit atp).

My 6 is dying ( I accidentally took it scuba diving my bad) but the fact I can use my 6 straps with the 7 whereas i wont be able to with the 8 makes the 7 more interesting. The main benefit to me of the 8 might be i can use NFC for payments but Ive not seen any reference to that working in the UK..

From my experience using new mi band 8 comparing to band 6 gives me bad experience. Software is worse. I can’t transfer stats from previous band. Timer is less intuitive. Band loses bluetooth connection with phone. Vibration fells weaker. I don’t fell this nice transition. That my feeling. I’m not fully satisfied 😢

Hi KS. Faces that display just hours and minutes could show time that is almost a minutes late. Do any of the watchfaces show seconds please? Better still can you put together your own custom watch face using the individual elements you want like: Day of week, heart rate, paces (pity they don't do distance instead as that is probably what is measured), battery etc?

Hi Engi, thanks for the info, MB7 and 8 is not 100% accurate like the actual punch by numbers or walk by steps, sometimes counts exceeds to 6 or more that in our actual counting. But it is so close same with the expensive smartwatches not 100% accurate as well. Thanks

They both the same in accuracy in health, sleep monitoring and other's the deferent is 8 is more upgraded system and much more vivid amoled display and with new features and important it has a watch face that can play games and more battery life that the MB7. I suggest look for honor, huawei and xiaomi band china version with NFC and it is budget friendly and other brand. But with GPAY, it is not supported, only alipay and weixin pay. Hope this help. thanks

​@juliarosa7518 I really love how the Mi Band 8 looks like, but if you come to think of it, the metal frame is prone to getting scratched over time, with wear and tear. Whereas with the Band 7, there's a peace of mind with the silicon strap protecting the Band, because then you can put it anywhere without getting worried about the scratches.

Getting a Chinese version is a mistake one can do, most of the app features will be in Chinese

If you need with NFC that you can use when you are traveling use with online payments, Chinese version have. Global version is available now but with out an NFC. Chinese text in the personalized photo is just okay with me, no big deal as long I understand the time numbers in english. But right now global version is out go get that one instead. Thanks
