You dont have to worry about the warranty but remember to fight when they try to say that your warranty is not valid and dont hestitate to call the mi care. line on display means the panel is faulty and it needs to be get replaced so they will defiantly change your panel just dont forget to complain properly and remember opening a box is not a crime no matter what ever they say you just have to fight with them if they dont agree but I dont think it will be that much difficult for you so be calm and complain them.

Their job is to install the tv and get their salary apart from that if any loss or damage happend to the tv, it is not their responsibility and if they ask you about that, just say that the person who delivered the product opened the box to check physical damage.
