Have you notice that on this video .....The roller did not work ,did not spin at all. That is why it could not pick up tiny things from the floor well enough. You did not push each part together properly.

I bought newly this device and it has the same problem. I suppose I will give it back. Because the roller must rotate, otherwise the device is out of order.

@@fernandoforero6693 after I checked the connectors in the motor side and wiped gently with my finger, the device worked again. I cancelled to return it. make sure the connectors delivers the current properly.

@Lim Cheapheng in the top part, rotate and remove the dust case. you will see the two connectors right next to HEPA filter going to the rollers. gently push and wipe these two conductors at both motor and case side. make sure that current is being transferred. assemble the cleaner and power again, then check whetter roller rotates or not.

I would have used dirt or hair to test the vacuum cleaner, if you drop half a cookie on the floor, pick it up with your hand or sweep it with a brush

Why is the brush not spinning? Makes no sense. I just got mine and realised it's not spinning. Even though it has metal pins connecting to the roller

When you close the vacuum, make sure the dots align. If they’re not, turn it a bit more until they align

Hi! I was watching an other review, and the sticky plastic Is more for ceramic walls, but they suggest to use this plastic to mark your wall an drill it and atach with screws. I hope this help u!

I have the light and i hate it!! It’s impossible to unlock it to change the pieces, i always have to ask for help and it’s not powerfull enough unless you try the turbo mode, but the battery dies really fast if you use that mode.

What a bad review. The brush in your test is not spinning properly. I have the exact same vacuum and it does an excellent job. It cleans up dust, oats and even coffee beans easily in normal mode.

Der staubsauger muss quasi auf dem Boden stehen. Die Befestigung macht man so an die Wand dass die Aufsätze nach unten schauen, dann kann man es per Hand Teil einfach rein Klippen und es steht von selbst. Muss aber eben auf dem Boden stehen
