Xiaomi Mi3 display replacement

Hello can you help me. My xiaomi mi3 is not charging properly i already bought new charging port but the problem is still not charging but the phone can detect the charger but still 1% even i cahrge it long time, and i can open the cellphone while the charger is plug in on the phone but it shows no charge and i i try to remove the charger the phone will shutdown. Pls help how can i fix this..

you should separate the length different screw x3(bottom) , it will crack the screen AGAIN if you mix up and screw at the top~good luck.
