For me after using both devices Pad 6 + Sd 870 still runs good for gaming lots of optimized games + larger built in storage + Slightly faster refresh rate and touch sampling for gaming, fast charging + Larger battery capacity but nearly same battery life with matepad +/- larger resolution, chip can be pushed to its limits with games at high settings - no simcard but minor complaint, no sd card can be an issue - no fingerprint scanner Matepad + More recent chip will be supported for longer than sd 870 + More power efficient chip despite lower battery capacity +/- slightly lower resolution but more standard 16:10 one +/- slower slower charging speed, capable of reverse charging - lower onboard storage Both units have 4 speakers and can play media very well, both folio keyboards are fun to type in as well. No comment on the stylus as i didn't use them too much.
