This is what I got from Google. Xiaomi Pad 6 measures 253.95 x 165.00 x 6.51mm (height x width x thickness) It's almost as long and wide as a usual college book. 😄

Yes, palm rejection works- even on painting app. I just downloaded Kilonotes for note-taking, the only built-in one is the usual Notes for an android. (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)

If you gonna buy for study, gameing then go for ipad . If you want for multimedia then pad 6/5 is best Also check Dolby vision issue on pad 6 .it's available or not I have pad 5

I downloaded a pdf file from Google drive and was able to edit (write, highlight,etc.) it on WPS which is also pre-installed in the tablet. I'm just not sure if it can be edited on GDrive itself Hope this helps! 😊

I think Xiaomi Pad 6 is better if you're looking for a budget tablet with a lot of storage since you'll be taking notes in it. The stylus pen works smoothly and I have no problem with it. 🤗

For me, it's best that you take Ipad 10gen, since I'm sure you will use it for note taking, I have a Xiaomi pad 6, and yeah it's too good for it's price, I can watch movies with 4k with Dolby Vision, I can play music with Dolby Atmos, I can use my pen to take notes. But the biggest downside of the xiaomi pad 6 is it's own UI, this global version of MIUI isn't great, it lacks new features, if you compare the UI of Ipad and Xiaomi pad 6 you'll know that Ipad wins on that, xiaomi pad 6's UI isn't bad, but it misses ALOT of features, it doesn't have PC mode like samsung, it doesn't have goodnotes 6, well not yet, it doesn't have theme app which you cannot change the design of your homescreen into a aesthetic design, it's widgets aren't updated it's old and ofcourse you cannot make your writings turn into fonts when it's on the xiaomi, but in Ipad you can do that, plus Xiaomi didn't say anything on how many years it would have a software support while on Ipad I guess for 7-8 years? Sorry I'm not a apple user since it's expensive but I have knowledge on how their Software works. For a med student like you, Ipad is much more better for note taking but lacks entertainment or I mean you cannot watch movies in a cinema like experience since it does not have dolby vision, but if your finding both entertainment and note taking, you can take xiaomi pad 6, but you have to be aware that it's UI is the downgrade of this tablet, but Xiaomi HyperOS is coming to xiaomi pad 6 it will be a big change for the UI of xiaomi pad 6 so who knows on what new features Xiaomi pad 6 will get, will it be the same as IOS? IDK atleast I know is that I still appreciate on what I brought even if it has a downside on UI.

Hi, I was deciding between an ipad air 5 or mi pad 6 before I purchased this tab. I want 256gb storage so I compared the prices, for such storage space, an ipad air 5 is more than twice the price of mi pad 6. So that is a huge factor in my decision. Also, mi pad works just fine for note-taking since it also has a palm rejection feature. I also watched a lot of reviews that say mi pad 6 is one of the best budget pads rn. I'm not familiar with ipad 9 gen and one plus but I guess mi pad doesn't fall short in terms of features. So if you also prioritize high storage space and your budget, I think you should go for the mi pad 6. 🤗

I don't have an ipad but I've read that Mi pad 6 is almost at par with ipad air 5 in terms of specs. (except ipad air 5 has a sim slot while mi pad is wifi only) And an ipad costs almost twice as much 😭.
