What can you say about the 6s pro being a whole lot better (aside from the latest chip of 7 pro ) in almost all aspects? Bigger screen, charging, Battery size? Is it worth buying the 6s pro still or is 7pro better overall just because it is the later model?

Which one to choose? Um SAMSUNG! Xiaomi has no external storage the stylus is Overpriced for the mini little feature. The Xiaomi note is also not good unlike Samsung notes. I use an external note from playstore because of the convenience in editing my notes. Replacing my Pad 6 with a Samsung Tab.
