Hi, I’m struggling with the same issue. I ordered a brand new charging board as the old one didn’t have the 5V on those terminal you measure in the beginning of the video. Truth is that with the new one I’m not getting the 5V there either. What am I doing wrong? If I don’t have voltage there I can’t continue looking for the problem.

If I connect a charger to the charging board (even out of the phone) I should have voltage on the terminals where I should connect the flex cable right?

Hey sir, my phone suddenly become slow charging, at first there are times it will go fast charge and then slow charging but now it was only slow charging. I've changed the port changer and the battery, but the phone still has a problem sometimes it doesn't charge when it comes in, sometimes it goes up fast, sometimes it's slow, sometimes the battery goes down and I have to press the poco logo part from the bottom back to get it in, then I can't charge it back and it's mi turbo for a moment there is no blink even if I use the original changer, what's the problem with my poco? Can you answer please?

@@Min0taur-Taurus charging sub-board, flex cable aur power ic, inmese kisi ek me problem ho sakta hai.... Most probably power ic ka problem hai kyu ki mera issue consistent nahi hai kabhi kabhi hota hai.... Aur main CPU soc chip ka problem bhi ho sakta hai.... Zyada kharcha ho raha tha isiliye repair nahi karwaya maine.... 18w charger use karta hu achha kaam kar raha hai.
