Obviously changing the firmware and increasing speed Xiaomi 1S / Pro 2 also has sides that we can define as "negative". First of all, if you take advantage of all the additional power (especially in Sport mode) you will have a greater battery consumption (obviously proportionate to how much you use it).
RECOMMENDATION: Correct tire pressure helps the engine to strain less and to reach the maximum possible speed (and therefore to avoid overheating). Correct pressure also helps to prevent premature punctures due to pinching or rubbing of the inner tube inside the tire itself. The tires should not be inflated by eye, precise pressure is required. I often help users who cannot reach good speeds with their scooter, and most of the time it is due to incorrect tire pressure! Know that a scooter that has just come out of the box often has pressures that are half that recommended. Low pressure leads to a "virtual" reduction in the diameter of the tires, reducing the distance per wheel revolution and therefore the maximum speed! As far as pressure control is concerned.

Coming back 2 months later after using this firmware - It works flawless, there’s only one thing that bothers me and that is, when I’m on sport mode. Acceleration is awesome, top speed 35km/h on full charge - but, when it reaches 35km/h it auto decelerates to 33km/h, then it accelerates back to 35km/h and so on - any possible fix for that ? I just came here to give some feedback on this mod. I have the Chinese model of 1S... basically without the fenders and a bit bigger battery. I've been using this mod for 3 weeks I think. Anyway: 1. I love how well balanced all 3 modes are 2. For some reason, M365 Tools app shows a battery capacity of 5800mah, but M365 Dashboard shows the right capacity at 7800mah 3. I got used very fast to having no KERS and the scooter drives much better and much easier to flow with it 4. Battery is not much affected. I was expecting more drainage 5. Charging is fine and the correct percentage is shown on display while charging 6. When battery is full, the scooter can reach 31km/h and the speed will easily decrease with battery but not lower than 28-29km/h in S mode. 7. Bro, the kick it gives in S mode is crazy for a skinny guy at 55KG, like me. Also, how smooth it starts in ECO mode is very nice 8. I live in a country with hot weather and I had no issues with motor heat If you ever update the firmware of this mod, please share :) For users having the Chinese version, if you want to revert to stock, you will have to flash stock DRV, clear Xiaomi Home app data and select Germany as country, then connect the scooter and update to the latest version.

You just have to delete the m365 downg app and setup your scooter on the MI home app like you did the first time u got it, just Remove the scooter from the MI home app first

A reminder! DONT start your Xiaomi pro2/1s with the Xiaomi MI app! If you do it will install the latest uppdate firmware and lock it to orginale firmware. When you want to activate your electric scooter for the first time, use DownG app. I did bought a new pro2 one week ago and did activate it with DownG app. This hack works perfectly. My workmate bought one at the same time, from the same vendor but did activate it with xiaomi mi home app and did lock it. He cant hack his eletric scooter.

If you plug your dashboard into your friends scooter you should be able to flash the other the files except the ble one then plug the original dash back in, you will need to remove the 4 Allen keys on Both dashboard it’s a work around.

This is awesome, thank you. Did it last night, was really easy, I weigh 95kg and hit 33kmh. The acceleration is crazy and I can go up hills easily. Did this today on PRO 2. Now when I release throttle, motor will keep running at approx 33 km/h and rear light is blinking until I press throttle, then it stops. Immediately when I release throttle, rear light blinks again and motor keeps running. What is wrong? Used the PRO2 files that are in the description. Used DRV 155, BMS 126 and BLE129.

Hi Gilberth, thank you for this hack! I have some observations (I have Pro 2): 1. When I hit 34 kph, I feel how the scooter slow down to 33 kph and then accelerate again to 34 kph. The scooter can't keep a constant speed. What's wrong? 2. Two driving modes (pedestrian, drive) are disabled. When I switch to pedestrian mode, the scooter ignores it and keeps accelerating to 34 kph. Any chance, how to enable driving modes? 3. Also, when I keep going e.g. 12 kph and the cruise control activates, the scooter keeps accelerating to 34 kph! Any suggestions? Should I try a different hack of yours, e.g. the paid one?

i think the scooter is re-programmed to just do 34kph regardless of the setting idk though just a speculation

cuz its capped at 25 for a reason. its not powerfull enough so its not safe to drive at 35kmh

i done it was working until i miss clicked on the xiaomi home app the suggested firmware upgrade.. i m now limited to 25kmh on S mode.. doing the hack again wont work , tried the disconnect everything nothing worked . PLEASEEEE HELP I NEED MY SPEED BACK :P

Nicely working! The maximum speed I've got was 27 km/h on a flat road, but with 40 % of battery (34 Volts), so with a full battery (48 Volts), it will be better. For those ones, who might have problems with finding the files, search for them. I wasn't able to find them by myself, but the searching function helped ;). Thanks once again!

Hi Gilberth, I have an issue after doing everything step by step like in Your tutorial. When i accelerate a scooter with lifted wheel and when i stop pushing throttle button wheel seems didn't stop immeditly but just slowing down. I need to press brake leaver to stop rotating wheel. And second thing, how to set 10" wheel in software?

Just put this on today seems to be working great adds alot more torque am yet to try it at fully charged but as of now if u follow the steps its very easy to do and i would recommend

Couple years before upgraded my pro 2 scooter and still now it works great. Now I upgraded two S1 scooters and everything worked well too. People in comments who says it doesn't work are doing something wrong or your scooter is different. Big thumbs up for video creator!🎉✌️

I have asked him what power settings he used but not yet gotten a reply (only been 1 day). I did however do my own firmware where i kept the speed to E16, D21, S26 as my kids are dangerous enough as is. The power values i used:. estimated E12, D17, S25 and limit E25, D55, S55. Results are Economy becomes a walk mode and does not reach 15km/h (needs tuning) and not really suitable at all for uphill. D and S modes are equally strong and give roughly 20 km/h uphill both. S mode will easily reach 25 km/h on flat surface. No burnt out cables or motor yet ;) What i havent figured out is how to configure the power button to changing modes with single click, i really liked that better.
