I'm using this phone since 2 months.... I would say that You are totallyyyyy right.. the hardware is top notch but the software is holding it back a little bit ...btw u tested on 12.0.6 but there was an update 12.0.10 .. In this update some of the minor bugs were fixed but Notification merging issue, ram management issue is still there

I'm using Redmi Note 10 Pro max since 5months and everything you're said is absolutely correct. I've used many flagship phones and mid range too but due to bad software optimization the 732G feels under powered. It doesn't give a flagship performance but the feel is premium. Has a lil hit on performance than expected. Better go for a cleaner ROM and get rid of this laggy UI. 120Hz is worthless if the CPU itself can't push 120 Frames. Xiaomi should stop making new phones every month and rectify issues of older phones.
