Cool the battery with ice cubes in a in a plastic bag. Once the temperature is near 4C the addesive losses much of its stickiness. I tried it for other mobiles and it worked fine. It may work for this model too.

Removing the battery is a very precarious thing... one wrong move and the battery can explode and fry the phone, hurt yourself and also cause a fire hazard. If you are not experienced in battery replacement, its best to take the phone to a qualified repairman who will replace the battery for you. I am speaking from experience. I pulled a similar stunt when I tried removing the battery on my Xiaomi Mi Al. The battery during the removal process got bend (similar to how it happened in this video) and started to smoke and eventually burnt up while being inside the phone. It was not a pretty sight and pretty scary ....

And the more scary bit about this video is that the battery that got bent is reinserted back into the phone. I really wouldn't take that risk as a battery that got flexed can leak and explode anytime....
