Doesnt matter how much he train, being that tall is a problem because gravity pushes you harder, your bones are too thick to move fast, your legs being so long are easy targets to hit and your heart needs much more oxygen than normal to pump such a big body, that's why he'll always have shitty cardio even if he runs all day

I really hope Choi gets back in shape. You can see he lost lots of weight and is much less muscular than before his break 8 years ago. He may not have to best technique but he´s just an awesome guy. Same goes to Mighty Mo he seems to have a great personality aswell.

MultiCrispyChicken yeah, I also hope to be back toward being in shape that showed us terrific performance. But unfortunately it seems difficult because not only he is an age that is getting weak but also he does not have a factory, brain tumor that produces a high level of natural steroid. From time to time, I used to be disappointed of his athletic performance but I always would like to cheer him up as his fan. Well, it is definite that he was a legend and so be at least for me now.

Well done by Mighty Mo, Choi Hong-Man does not seem like a fighter though. He is tall and probably strong, but has poor technique and little fighting instinct (just look at 3:19, he gets hit, almost falls and shields the top of his head instead of his front/face which is something you'd never see in competitive fighting)
