i watched more than 20 review from different countries for this phone and this is the best of all as usually. no one mentioned the call recording, most of the did reply to questions on comments. please advise your experience if you use it in business and emails. keep going and keep it up.

Thanks Mohammed for the kind words and support! I need to mention that there have been some reports that the MIUI dialer is replaced in some countries by Google dialer, which means that call recording is not there... As for business and emails - I always use the app Nine, which works quite well

Good video. After watching your video (among several I'd been viewing for a few weeks) I just pulled the trigger and purchased this phone from Amazon. I'd been looking at the Samsung A 71 but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro had the primary feature I wanted (battery) and the camera is completely functional to meet my needs. it measured up to my wants and I'm looking forward to putting it to use on this coming Tuesday when it is delivered.

Good review. I have owned a Redmi Note 9 Pro for several months and I endorse everything covered here. My summary - a brilliant mid-range phone. I am really delighted with it, especially the amazing battery life (I have never yet expended its life and never had to re-charge the phone during the day), function and response speed (good chip set), all-round connectivity, very good phone quality, including speaker quality, and an excellent quad camera set-up. Superb, no regrets, a daily pleasure to use.

Watching this on my 9s seriously i was sceptical at first but after a while i love this phone. Performance is amazing. I get what i paid for. No complaints! To add up. Honestly all the claims regarding the screen bleed and such are rather overly exaggerated. As a regular user i enjoy using this phone and yeah dont forget to reduce the animation effect on developer option to make ur phone speedy. Check on KZbin theres tutorial how to make ur android faster with developer option

Not many people talk about the Shutter speed. I prefer very fast Shutter speed to capture moments. Btw why people would like a glass back? I would've preferred a plastic back. It is lighter and doesn't break. I don't have to use expensive case.

The issue I have around the mid range is the amount of choice - when it comes to flagships you generally get the whole package, but with the mid rangers you're generally dropping a feature or 2, but there's so many and they are all offer something very similar but just dropping something.

You mentioned it as a step up from the Redmi Note 7, but no mention of the Redmi Note 8 Pro. Which, when compared to the 8 pro, this iteration of Note feels very much less of an upgrade. Actually maybe even a downgrade in some cases, i.e. SD 720 isn't as good as the MT G90T, imo. And it uses the same camera sensor. Don't get me wrong this is a great review and do appreciate it, but I always felt this release from Xiaomi/Redmi release was rather lackluster. Sucks, because I was really looking forward to it, considering how well the Note 8 Pro was. Thanks for the review:)

Yeah... the Blue one is the Google Dialer, which is not as good as the MIUI one. Guess these are some regional differences. There should be call recording function on the Google DIaler soon or later...

It really depends on which Redmi Note 9 Pro you're talking about. One is actually the "Pro" version and one is just the Indian version of the "9S". Both with the same name. It's pretty confusing.

Even though Realme has 90hz, this one has Snapdragon chip which from my experience has always been much better than Mediatek chips and also the battery size on Note 9 pro is 16 percent more so I'd choose Note 9. It's also Gorilla glass 5 instead of 3 so yeah.

I didn't mean the performance of Snapdragon though. Mediatek may be more powerful but it wasn't stable from my experience.

@@leoadrianplaza now this would be a tie because one of them has more battery and one has 90hz. I'm not sure about their comparison of price and camera so if anything tips you off to one of these two sides because of maybe being a high refresh rate fan or battery capacity fan or less expensive than the other(idk which one is cheaper especially in ur region) or cameras(not sure about camera either but if one has better camera and you're camera enthusiast go for that, but overall I don't think there will be huge difference). Also there's one thing I personally wouldn't like on realme 6 pro, which is the double camera cutout. So consider that too and make your choice :)

Will go to Redmi note 9 pro. Even compared to Realme 6 pro. I made an order 4 days ago. I was actually tempted to buy Realme 6 pro. But, still this Note 9 pro has a lot better reviews and recommendations.

Battery won't last as he mentioned even in regular usage. The camera is not that good also, it doesn't have motion detection and lacking of camera features..

"the jack perhaps is the reason to not be waterproof" I cant really believe that some people still can say this kind of bullshit. Don't get me wrong... Just look at all the earlier Samsung phones series,waterproof and WITH jack. What are you talking about? Waterproof jack socets exists since years. They never gonna make waterproof Redmi phones, and not because the jack. They can keep the cost down with not paying for IP certificates, and they want to keep these features for their MI series. If they make cheap phones icluding all of the flagship features, then who would buy the MI series??
