I don't have the global version with me so I can't be sure, but I have yet to read any article that says the Chinese version is incompatible. And I don't think there is even a separate global version of the stylus 😂 hope it helped.

I figured out that Touchnotes is in my opinion the best note taking/writing app. It has a perfect palm rejection, a lot of features (custom templates, A4 templates) and it even allows you to customize the two buttons funtions inside the app. Handwriting looks almost like the real one after printing the notes.

Hi, I bought a Stylus pen 1 gen, a while ago and apparently now it shows as "K81 CS (DFU)" on Bluetooth and when I try to pair it says "unable to pair with K81 CS (DFU) due to incorrect PIN or passkey", can u help me to fix it, pliss?

Does the pen work well with a tempered glass protector, or would you advise to just use a simple non-glass protector?

if you’re not clumsy a non-glass product should work better(thick glass protectors are just too awkward with a pen for me). But i don’t use either of them and it’s been fine so far.

Comparing to iPad pencil, Xiaomi pen needs a little bit of pressure on the screen. Xiaomi pen disconnects after screen is off, even though I updated its firmware!

I never got worried about the pen’s battery life(the lowest I’ve seen was 40%). It’s great but since its already halfway through its lifecycle I’d buy it only when there is a sale.

Hi, I cannot give a complete answer to that question as mine has not worn out yet. But Samsung's S pen (apparently) lasts from 1~2 years, and the Xiaomi pen ships with an additional pen tip in the box so I wouldn't worry too much 😀

Palm rejection is bad, so he need use "pen only mode" (some drawing/note app have it).

Hmm a lot of people asked this actually. The stylus requires WGP or Wacom 2.0 support to work. Most phones don't have that. I don't have the 11T Pro to test it out but it probably won't lol

Hi, the thing is I bought it from a Korean retail site...so if you are in Saudi Arabia, it probably won't do much good. Gosh I can see the frustration... middleeast.in-24.com/News/272922.html apparently Xiaomi did launch the tablet but no word on where to look for accessories. I took a look at Amazon.SA and noon shopping but they don't seem to have it either. I think the best way is to call Xiaomi's store since they mentioned that they did launch in SA.

The palm rejection isn't the best i've seen and there is a bit of latency for a 120hz display. But I took pages of notes about an entire lecture with this so I wouldn't be too worried

Well there is the bamboo ink plus that works on AES, but I couldn’t find anyone who tested this out so I can’t say for sure.. but I do recommend the stylus since it is the best match with the tablet

I never got the reply from the seller, but it looks the same as the one from Xiaomi.. if it is, mine feels okay just regular foe leather. But the glue on the corner came off so I had to re-glue it.

I tried it on an iphone and it didn’t work..so I presume not. Plus if your not using this on a Mi Pad I wouldn’t recommend it. Its too expensive to use as a regular stylus. I’d recommend the AP or just a cheap knock-off version lol

Based on my experience I would rather not put one on. Its fine(i've used it for 2 months) and honestly it would depend on which screen protector you get. But mine seemed to lead to input lag or bugs. Just make sure you get a good case!
