Parabéns pelo ótimo trabalho! Vídeo bem esclarecedor! Tenho a mop 3c, e estou com um problema.. não importa o quanto configuro a quantidade de agua, o pano da mopa fica enxarcado e ela começa a deslizar e o robo não era assim, no começo limpava perfeitamente sem ficar deslizando. Sabe me dizer o que poderia ser?

passei por esse problema, você chegou a usar algum produto no mop ou no chão diferente de agua? por ser resquicio de produto nas rodas que fazem ela derrapar, ou até gordura, tenta limpar as rodas com alcool dá uma melhorada. Ou pode ser que as rodas estão gastas também.

For the new tank with halfway plastic, you can use a clear aquarium air pump tube to extend the length and also does a good seal to the mop hole. Yes, both tanks design have problem. Aquarium tube can also be cut into a thin ring as a O ring too.

For my Mi robot. when i install the water tank into the unit, there will be no water leak at all even i leave it there 5-10 hours. But as soon as I start the mopping, the water will come out continually until the water tank is empty ! even a very small room (only 9 sqm room). This causes the water to leak a lot on the floor and the mopping cloth will be very wet. Note sure whether this is the same problem with this video or not.

Mine was not producing water and I could.not hear the pump turn on. There were no clogs. I tried with the filter removed no help. I realized that when I was putting the tank in I couldn't just let gravity do it. A little push down snapped it into place. I restarted and heard the pump immediately and all was good

Do I need another tank because when I try to only mop I get an error that I must check the water tank. But vacuuming and mopping whit the combo tank has no issue and works great. I want to only mop but it doesn't seem to work !

@@vargst You have to buy another tank just for moping and you don't have to put anything on the mop itself, but for better results you can pour water and a solution for floors on the mop (DONT POUR ANYTHING OTHER THAN WATER IN THE TANK JUST ON THE MOP).

Hello, I had the same problem. When You need the only MOP without vacuum you should remove the filter. Without Filter ITs OK for MOP only and you don't need another tank.
