I choose Xiaomi Watch 2 pro, caused the battery more bigger : 495 mAh, using Snapdragon chip and the price more cheaper😊

I own a Samsung Mobile phone, so in theory there would be better integration with the Samsung watch though I'm unclear what difference this makes in practice. There is also the question of how much weighting each person would put on each score, but that is a matter of individual choice which this helpful analysis and scoring allows anybody to do. Thanks.

Nice work, keep it up! Which additonal tracker do you prefer in general? I see you tested a lot and many tests includes different devices, which is really great yet makes it a little complicated to decide. I got a Xiaomi watch 2 pro and u had a great influence on my decision. :) I want to enhance my sleep tracking, I do outdoor cycling, jump ropes, calisthenics. the list may grow :)

You may have some issues with built-in optical sensors at high intensity but for sleep tracking, heart rate is low and you don't move a lot, so it is perfectly fine. What I would suggest is to get a good heart rate monitor for sports only, not for everyday life. My favorite one is: amzn.to/4ahXYCC It is rechargeable, accurate, comfortable, with led indicator, so very nice. If you prefer an arm band to a chest strap (a bit less accurate but OK), this one is good as well: amzn.to/44CwPsG Of course you can pick up a Polar or Garmin heart rate monitor, it is accurate as well but a bit more expensive. It is up tu you to decide :-)

Thank you. You right the Pixel watch was the best Wear OS smartwatch and the Pixel 2 should be better although I didn't had the opportunity to test the watch. Another option could be to use a chest strap if you really prefer the screen and battery of the Watch 2 PRO. It is up to you to choose but there is no bad choice!

@@anluu9232 I use the HR2VP Watch Bike Computer app which uploads to Strava. Then I get the original fit file in Strava (Export original). And at the end I use an online tool to convert the fit file into .csv: gotoes.org/strava/convert_fit_files_to_csv.php

With this watch you can download all wear OS apps from the Google Playstore. In addition, if you to see your health data or update your watch you need to download the app Mi Fitness on your phone.

Thanks, I would choose Xiaomi in your case... New Samsung S24 have now longer Android update support, this is important and add some weight in the balance... But between S23 and Xiaomi I would go for Xiaomi

As you can see in the video, I find the Watch 2 pro better. In addition, as you don't have a Samsung phone, features such as ECG won't be available for you with the Samsung watch.

@@Panos_tennis I don't think Xiaomi has something more in terms of metrics, but the question is what do you need/want. And in addition, when I see the accuracy of heart rate measurements I doubt measurements can be used for medical puposes... What I can tell you is that GPS of the watch 2 pro is more accurate because it uses dual band. This is what I have seen in the results. Last point I didn't mention in the video, I had to deal with Samsung customer service twice and it was a nightmare. I don't know about Xiaomi but this is something to have in mind.

Be aware, i bought the samsung watch 6 classic and i am using a Xiaomi 13 Pro phone. There are some functions that do not work, for example, ECG, blood presure, Samsung Health tracking.

as long as i cant see the xiaomi watch in person i would never buy it, it is never on showcase in holland in a store... even not on a website locally. So as long as i cant feel and see it, i keep my watch 5 pro, otherwise i possbile switch to xiaomi watch 2 ( pro)
