Energy is dependent upon wavelength we say that shorter the wavelength more energetic will be the wave but how it is possible that the waves of primary and secondary have same speed wavelength and frequency as they have different energy according to Max Plancks Frequency is directly proportionally to Energy ??

Samarth Mathur backward wavefronts are rejected bcoz the amplitude of secondary wavelet is proportional to 1/2(1+cos@)and for backward wavelet @=180° and (1+cos@) is 0
