Well- no. It's been confimed in the lore that sumeru is the largest nation in teyvat. Im not sure what exact number natlan has on the list besides the fact that it is probobly interchangeable with liyue. (Natlan/Liyue being in 2nd/3rd place) or just straight up tieing for 2nd lol

Somehow for whatever reason, I can always get an archon after their reruns. So I'm gonna pull for Xilonen only because I love her design and the nonchalant baddie aura she has. But so far, she's like Navia if she's not for mono geo teams and also a bit os Scara since certain elements provide different buffs to her?

I think she’s going to get nerfs if this numbers is right cause her kit gives 40% damage bonus and the new natlan artifact gives another 40% so she will provide 80% damage bonus, Furina and Kazuha gives 40% damage bonus so yeah

kazuha give 40% shred and 40% dmg bonus, plus cc and decent sub dos, if xilonen gives 40% res shred, and new artifact set on her gives 40$ dmg bonus, then she's better because her burst will also give the atk/hp/def/crit bonuses, instead of cc, but to make that balanced, those buffs may only be possible in mono teams, constricting your comp if you want her to be better than kazuha, which seems fair

Yeah 40% Shredded is kinda huge for a character maybe it will become 15% or 20%. She is good only in mono team which means good for my account (Currently I have Mono Pyro, Mono Hydro, Mono Cryo and Mono Geo). She can replace Kazuha in mono team maybe ?
