I have the arturia and the cherryaudio but i have a good feeling this one here is going to be very special

Memorymoon did a brilliant job with MPE support too with their ME80. Not keen on the weird Softube version GUI. Cherry's hybrid is pretty decent. Looking forward to Xils-lab take on it.
@peterpeper4837Ай бұрын
@@wd25a I was not that impressed with the sound of ME80, nor the softube version. Both the arturia and the cherry audio sounded better than those. Hopefully this one here is the one ring to rule them all

@@peterpeper4837 Interesting. I gave up on the Arturia after a couple of versions as I found ME80 much more realistic but I like ME80 and GX80. Softube's might sound reasonably realistic but I really don't like those weird interface choices Softube made. Maybe Arturia have improved in subsequent versions. Looking forward to what Xils can offer.

this sounds little more CS80 than the last I heard

I wish someone tackled JX-8P and MKS-70. CS-80 I already have 5 plugins from different developers.. Also, Octave-Plateau Voyetra-8 would be more interesting.. something that wasn't done before! Like when you did PolyKobol. It was something new.

This sounds amazing! Other synths I'd love to see would be the Electrocomp 101 (used by the band Foreigner) and the Andromeda. In a totally different analog domain, I'd love if you guys were to replicate the Scanimate analog video computer of the early 1970s (like the text in Willy Wonka, or the American children's TV show The Electric Company) I know, probably nobody else but me would want it :)

Please consider doing a SunSyn or Xbase999

A new generation of zero delay feedback Filters would be a big step into a new decade. There are still no companies on the market that develop VST synths that emulate at least 85% of the VCF Resonance. XILS has never managed it and neither has Cherry Audio with their Vostok clone.

Great news. I just did a short comparison on the other CS80 VSTs on the market and waiting to compare this as well, as I suspect it will be great. Here's my comparison, where I use also XILS V+: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jnLbaJt4eM6NicU

Not a cs 80 please. Nobilody need another one... Make a minimoog instead.

Hoping the GUI is 2D with big visible sliders and knobs and not a 3D mess like PolyM

Can this one be available for those of us who dont like the iLok method of protection please?
@xilslabАй бұрын
Unfortunately not. But there are up to 2 computers (or iLok devices) allowed per license and we replace licenses whatever happened.
@peterpeper4837Ай бұрын
I also dislike iLock, but the quality and amount of plugins that rely on it, like the ones from Xils, PSP, Flux, INAgrm, Eventide, etc. made it mandatory and I learnt to live with it.
@wd25aАй бұрын
@@peterpeper4837 I reluctantly came to the same conclusion too. Far too many good value iLok plugins.

@@xilslab unfortunately that is a deal breaker for me. Maybe you could do a lite version with C&R serial?
@xilslab29 күн бұрын
@@pisces4712 We might consider this in the future (lite version with a simple serial, as we did for the XILS 3 LE or the miniSyn'X). Could be middle 2025 (but can't promise anything yet).
