I purchased 2 of these off temu. The white one works like a dream. However, something is definitely wrong with the red one. Whenever you put it on the carpet, it constantly goes in circles, not to mention the remote control doesn't even work for it. I did the same thing to the white one on the carpet. That 1 in particular would only go in a circle. If I switch to that mode now being that the red one doesn't respond to the remote control. I can't even change the settings. Sadly, I will have to send it back. Quite the pain in the neck. The instructions Don't mention a thing about how to troubleshoot a problem like this. I suspect The robot cleaners are used. I've purchased enough at these things. To be able to detect such a thing

I have a doubt. On instructions there is (I have this product with USB and not remote controller) this: before the first use remove the insulation sheet on the battery cover...but I don't understand what insulation sheet is. The sheet is the sheet that must be put under the mopping cloth? Thanks so much.

Insulation plastic sheet covers one end of the battery you have to remove it first
