This Ultra-Rare Platinum Costs $900 (and My Life)

With the new Godzilla x Kong movie coming out recently, I challenged myself to achieve this nostalgic 90 hour+ platinum trophy and post the video before opening weekend! I was lucky enough to get my hands on a copy of this super rare PS4 game.
In 2015, the public didn’t receive Godzilla as well as it could have been (probably a contribution to being delisted). I definitely felt the nostalgia, and I can see why this game has earned a place on the shelves of many passionate Godzilla fans.

The 1964 in that guy's name was more likely a reference to Mothra vs Godzilla or Ghidorah The Three Headed Monster. Both released in 1964 and the 1964 Godzilla suit is one of the most iconic Godzilla designs.

I got the platinum on this in January of 2021 but did the online matches 6 months before that and I swear some of those players were the same people I played against online back then. There are fewer games I have had to grind for more than this to get the upgrades on all of them. Job well done!

Wanna know something I realized? The SH monsterarts Godzilla 2014 is just a physical version of the one in this game. Straight up copied and pasted from the game into reality. That's why it looks absolutely nothing like the movie CGI model.

It's technically the other way around. All of the game's models are based on scans of SH Monsterarts figures. That's why you see the weird seams in Ghidorah's necks for example.

I got the plat trophy for the game awhile back, my friends thought I was crazy. Had no idea the disc would be this rare now.
