@@jaroslaval9159 It's not just this or that detail. You have to forget this medical reality a bit... then you really like this story. It's not easy if you know anything about medicine. I always have to laugh a bit when I watch these C-drama things... It's amazing who gets operated on like that - and then recovers and you're supposed to believe it.

@@wurzelfix Absolutely agreed. My daughter used to be a nurse and would laugh at how actors would hold the stethescope upside down, or say, "Doctors NEVER do that! That is the nurse's job!" Recently I saw a serial where the female lead is supposedly playing the piano - her piece obviously being played on the higher keys, and yet they sat her on the wrong side, on the left and not the right. As a piano teacher, that caused an eye roll!

@@jaroslaval9159 Ja....What I appreciate about Chinese films is their fantasy and unintentional Funniness - but then it usually gets muddled, complicated or long-winded at some point. ... In one movie, a Buddhist nun rescued a small goldfish that had got into an extra tank in a river. It was so beautiful, so tender, Hollywood can't do that. She walked on in the rubble, on the bank of the river... and BANG! A “gangster” grabs her, throws her over his shoulder and runs away. But there's also a hero who sees through the bushes as the (pretty) girl is carried away. Great! Thrilling! But from his viewpoint you see the nun's butt (in a blue skirt...) through the bushes the whole time, because she lies over the shoulder of this bad guy. This perspective was so unintentionally funny! The rest of the movie was impossible, a fight between different KungFu groups, absolutely entangled and so contrived, you couldn't watch it. Something could have been made of it! (I studied acting and puppet theater, what I say is not meant to be degrading)
