balance 说的就是身体的整体协调，包括了每个动作发力的力度到停顿的位子，当时的情绪和该做的表情是否过满，能把每个该抓到的点加情绪和舞蹈动作一起释放让整个舞蹈作品100%的释放自己。。 所谓dancer跳的爽观众看了咋！这就是 balance! in short.. balance consist of everything. a dancer overall performance like for example did he/she overdo it? to the crowd respond, when your seeing it do you feel what is the dancer trying to say.. in this overall performance is there balance?
