The only thrift store in my area is Goodwill and their price range is $0.99-2.99. That is still good, but $0.10 each is great.

My Goodwill puts high prices on everything. They want $0.99 for a cheap plastic McDonald's toy. Every now and then, they get something they didn't know was worth money. I got a Pokewalker from their for $0.19. Not sure who was working that day, but they must have thought it was junk or something.

They always had so many, that they would let you fill a bag for $1.00! But then they got some stupid rule about paint on Chinese toys not being safe, so they stopped selling plastic toys (mostly)

Like how they dont sell action figures anymore, and everything that gets donated has to be "sorted" before it can be sold. about a year ago they had an original NES action set IN THE BOX, sitting in the donation bin, and I begged and pleaded to buy it, and I begged them to tell me when it would be sorted so I could buy it. They just sent it somewhere else about 30 miles away to be "sorted" and I think they almost kicked me out of the store for trying to find out how I could buy it.

in reality someone in the store ether choose to keep it for themselves or it was gonna be sorted *air qoutes* in the back room and possibly trashcompacted,all the places i worked got stuff shiped in from a plant already sorted and stuff,if stuff was brought in it was sorted in store,.when a friend and i worked a thrift store we actually saved somethings that were gonna get junked,when they coulda got money for it,they're all like we need stupid trinket bull on the shelves not stuff people actually want,lets just say we got way fed up with working there,its not worth taking anything to a thrift store really anymore,they junk 85% percent of the stuff that comes in,cause they claim its unsellable,small self owned ones may do better but,they are few and far between,since they get out bought by big chains,they prolly wanted to throw you out cause you were getting close to exsposing them lol

When you first read a new Pokémon's name, you should really read it slower and make sure you have the pronunciation correct. Otherwise you get into the bad habit of butchering names and it's hard to correct something so ingrained.
