As long as no damages to the floor panel, and somebody(mostly insurance, considering the low mileage) willing to pay, unit body vehicles can always be fixed to meet the safety standards.

Severely damanged would be considered a totaled engine or a bad transmission assembly. Body work is in contrast cheap depending which service you go to.

The skills are very Good, seems to have done that a few times. i would suggest for his health, that he should wear a proper mask, this does not just help his eyes but the skin on his face from being burn. keep up the good work.

Excellent work from such a young guy. I am a retired vehicle technician who has done plenty of welding etc but i couldn't stop shutting my eyes when he sparked up the welder lol, he seriously needs a good mask.l

There is no way this repair (using these techniques) would fly in NA or Europe. In USA the labour costs and replacement parts alone would be at least $12,000. The insurance co. would refuse to pay for it and declare the vehicle a write-off. But I do admire the skill of these workers and the amazingly great results!

Aqui no Brasil há esse tipo de reparo, desde que não atinja 80% do valor do veículo ou se não comprometer estrutura. Se não o seguro indeniza o cliente.

Han, please have your technician wear a welding mask to protect his eyes! Otherwise he risk damaging his eyes permanently! Work safely and avoid eye injuries! Please get your technician welding helmet as. The shield will protect his eyes !

Yes, the Extreme UV light will damage their retinas as well as the corneas of their😊 eyes. They might be closing their eyelids while doing the welds, which is a technique I've seen elsewhere on YT third world shops.

rather it be scrapped. once in a collision that metal is weakened it will NOT be as safe as it once was. no. i rather cars with any structural damage be required to be destroyed and scrapped

I always say when any unibody car is crashed like this. It wont be the same again because the frame and chassis. Is made to perfect at the factory. But watching this i say it is as close as we will get. For the available technology we have now. Great workmanship Though

I think replacing the side was the correct choice. I agree that a car, that was practically brand new, deserved a second chance. I wish you could have saved my Mustang after I hydroplaned off a highway and crushed the back of it. I have a few videos on my channel. It was 7 years old with 71,000 miles. I had bought it brand new with 7 miles though.

@@ОлегБабюк-н9уну да, метал и так мятый да ещё твой мастер будет его мять в разные стороны чтоб поставить на место а потом ещё шлифовать чтоб выровнять поверхность. И что останется? По собственному опыту знаю что лучше новую деталь поставить если есть возможность, а старую жованную лучше выкинуть, и даже после страшного ДТП можно сделать и будет машина, а вот после такого ремонта такую машину можно купить чтоб потом добить.
