I really like how many of the hermits are returning to more “relaxed” stuff. Makes it feel more relatable to more casual players, and I actually think it’s pretty entertaining! I loved Decked Out, which was very, very impressive, as well as all the mega builds, but this neighborhood idea reminds me of older seasons, where the hermits all based pretty close together. I think it was season 4 or something? It was the one where Mumbo built shrek.

Rendog really is having the hardest of season starts I've ever seen on Hermitcraft. Many (returning) hermits have gone on record saying that the break between seasons was perfect, not too long, not too short, but it looks like it was definitely too long for poor old Ren, who seems to have forgotten everything about how minecraft works... Another observation is that S10 seems to be turning into exactly what I hoped it would be: a sort of anniversary season with loads of throwbacks to previous seasons and I absolutely love how it's coming about!!

A couple suggestions come to mind. 1 - Ten City (for season 10). When you are there you are In-Ten-City (Intensity) 2 - The Low "ren"t district You can also add an "L" to his tower for the acronym

Hey X, the double skelly farm is possible, just not at full efficiency. U need to figure out a minecart track the play can sit in. It needs to load a spawner for a couple of seconds every couple of seconds and u need to be there until the keletons have moved nearer to the center. then u move to the towards the other spawner. U also need to drive by a spot where they fall down. There u just need to click. (u can hold the minecard, click 2 or 3 times, than move on again using a piston and tilted cart track. It would be a really fun project I guess :) And it should in theory be of better yield than just with a single spawner, as a spawner does have idle time between spawns anyways. Good luck! :)

Ahh, never mind, I just learned that the internal cooldown only ticks down when a player is nearby. I though it will tick regardless of the player, and just the spawn is player dependend. How saad :/

It still can be worth building, a 2 player farm. Either with combined or separate outputs, this way 2 hermits can chat while doing grindy work. (Or a camera account could be used to load the other spawner, but it may have to be kicked out of spectator mode.)

Hot take: I prefer this Demise round to recent Life series. The meta has gotten too wild with falling TNT minecarts etc. The half-casual game with intermingled lore, interactions, and half-baked traps is way more enjoyable. Perhaps it also feels fresh because so many hermits aren’t involved in Life series, which might be evidence they should mix newbies in more often.

Oh dang! Ziggarut is coming along nice. I'm really liking Demise, it's a great way to get the Hermits to interact. Some people don't realize that not every viewer has been here since the beginning and we don't know who all the Hermits are. It's only via these interactions that we find new people. I started with Grian and now I'm watching 9-10 different Hermits. If you had a nickle for every time someone tried to Demise you with a Dripstone pitfall, you'd have two nickles... A name for the Neighborhood; Hermit Place. Just sounds like a classic neighborhood name/Monopoly tile.😅

I genuinely don't understand how the bundle wasn't that well received. It's like people expected an early shulker box or something. Yeah, the inventory management problem hasn't been entirely fixed, but bundles definitely help with the clutter when you're out exploring and have a bunch of items that you only have one or two of.

Demise has been great. To be honest, I know it’s only been a few episodes, but I like the feel of this hermitcraft more than last season. That’s not to minimize people’s great works, I just like the social aspect of the game more.

Another horse for me to give a breed to! And looking at the build… well, it HAS to be an Azteca. A breed descended from a few of my personal favorites, the national horse of Mexico (originally created for charros!), and well suited to a variety of equine sports! Powerful and agile creatures, and frankly the most gorgeous breed I’ve given a hermit’s horse yet besides Cleo’s Friesian.

2:03 I think demise being kinda similar to life series is fine - after all, there's a reason people like Life series, and anyways, the whole point of life series is that there's a different gimmick each time so this is kind of like a "hermit life". Besides, it's just really fun to see so many different and new tactics and reactions to a sort of death game like this from people who aren't on Life Series, especially alongside all the normal amazing builds and silly pranks of Hermitcraft. It's a pretty different energy and it's a lot of fun! I've been loving Hermitcraft s10 so much so far :)

I've enjoyed the Demise stuff. Sure, it's not really the focus of the server, but it adds a fun little extra wrinkle whenever it becomes relevant, and it's resulted in a whole lot of memorable and funny moments, as well as interactions between hermits we don't often see together. Just a burst of colour on the beautiful canvas that is the start of this season.

Wouldn’t there be a way of building a minecart circling between the two spawners, having a collection point in the middle, stopping the cart for a couple seconds to swing away at the skeletons and then circle again to keep the spawners activated? Should be possible to afk this way too

I'm going to drop this knowledge here. I did some testing and a wither can be trapped in a water logged box. As long as it doesn't attack something inside the box. The wither can't destroy it. I need some other minecraters prove this wrong. PLZ Also hello xisuma

I think you should decorate that part of the skeleton spawner into a cool sign or decorative feature. Put “Logland” on it and make it look like a more intentional build.

You could add a minecart track that stays long enough in range of the spawner and then just goes back and forward and passes the kill zone/collection too so you can afk auto click

Lol those who said they didn't like "Demise 2.0" clearly was not here when Season 6 was the newest and latest season of Hermitcraft. I wasn't there either, wished I knew back then, but I like Demise. I like the Life Series. I like anything the hermits do with Minecraft, no matter the lifespan of the series nor who was in it. Such a small thing like these should not hinder you guys from making contents that you like Xisuma. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. Its just that the people who don't like the idea/concept of Demise 2.0 are voicing their opinions louder than those who actually enjoyed it.

I had that problem with the skellie spawners before so for AFKing I built a rail sys to ride around the "backside" of each to load them long enough to drop the mob them ride off to the other one and then back... rinse and repeat.
