I concur with other posters, this is a Shiva bhajan, not a Krishna one. Amarnath is one of Shiva's central sites, Kashi is his city and Ganga emanates from his coils. Though Nina doesn't exactly pronounce it correctly, she is saying Hara nor Hare.
