TO KENNY! DAY 2 of asking the former player challenge: randomly pick a team and then put the 10 worst players currently on that team and 5 40 overalls. spin a wheel every year with all 30 nba teams and you have to pick a random player that used to play for that team (but is still active in the league). the catch is everytime you choose a new player to add to your roster you must get rid of your leading scorer for that season. no changing tendencies. you have 10 years to complete this- suggested by penguin guy.

Kenny, I feel like you really gotta spend at least a little bit of time building the staff. Coaching staff can be clutch, especially if your head coach has tactician and clutch to help in the playoffs. And a great scouting staff (which is easy to get) can do your scouting for you and you still get really good draft data.
