did this and now my loudspeaker does not work at all with any audio options shows “0” next to bluetooth as well, please help

My guess is that you didn't re-enable your MOST system during the process. Follow the instructions in the second half of the video, making sure to turn the MOST system back on, followed by doing this system reset. I'll bet that will get your audio system working again.

My Glk 350 2010 Aux disappeared while I was using it. Then the all sounds stopped working including the Fm, disk, everything no sound is coming out of my car at all. So I watched this video and I'm able to bring my aux back on but still my car fm or dics is still not sounding. Please do uou have any solution for this please?

@@ksquarekareem9794 it sounds like your head unit has another problem in the audio circuits. That may or may not have anything to do with your auxiliary option disappearing. If you find that you need a replacement head unit, I did a video on how to identify the one you have, find an identical unit, and install it.

@@amar614 Sorry, I'm not sure how to change the language on the NTG4.0 system, or how to enable (or disable) FM. Maybe the broadcast options are different in the vehicle you're working on? I couldn't find any information on how to select different languages in the system. I hope you do find what you need!

@@amar614 It's interesting - your #1 option is set to Japan, but your #3 option is set to Europe (2). Maybe you need to change one to agree with the other (not sure if your Mercedes is a Japan spec vehicle or Europe spec car). I'm not sure which video spec those regions use, but I suspect Japan probably uses PAL for video (I think Europe does as well). The US is NTSC. You might try doing a full reset on the NTG system to see if that fixes your issues. If you do, you'll lose any other changes you've made.

I follow all your instructions but don’t work and lose the loud speaker and get error code 00010000

There are a lot of steps in the process, so I'd suggest going back over them. I read about this happening if the battery goes low during the process, so make sure that doesn't happen. You might try a total factory reset on the unit, which I believe will take it back to normal (then you'd have to re-enable aux again).
