Yes sir, and WAY better than I thought it would. That last receiver/gyro had me thinking I forgot more about flying than I thought. Turns out it was just a crappy receiver/gyro/transmitter lol.

Well done! Thanks for the video, loved the commentary. Do you by chance have a video demonstrating the receiver change out? Is it complicated? I'm very handy with repairs but not so much with expert level soldering of PC boards.

I had done the repair over on twitch and twitch doesn't keep videos forever like they do here. Basically, I took out the original receiver and put the new one in, and all I had to do is replace the ends on the servos. Pay attention to the wires on the ESC, on mine, they were wired WRONG. Do you know if you can use the included controller for other RC planes since you are using a different controller for this?

I actually installed a completely different receiver in this plane so that I could use my DX9. This is not the stock receiver. But to answer your question, only XK Tx's will work with the stock receiver, you can't bind anything else to them.

They get upset, but they don't stop laying eggs. If they do, it's not enough to notice. We are still getting a couple dozen a day. Well less now that the heat is setting in, but still normal. Most of the older hens that need to be retired are only laying every other day or so.

You can as long as it matches your Tx, and as long as it has the correct plugs to plug in.
