You can use eula’s burst without any buff and it will clear almost anything in open world. If you complain about setup then it is required for every char since this is testing the limits. Not even content creators do this all the time lol. But everyone likes to test their char’a limit once in a while.

I wont call her broken, im a Eula owner myself, she is better than balanced, she is no doubt the third best dps in the game, she has the best constellations in game and her attack pattern is just awesome. Theres only one thing holding her back from being utterly broken, her burst CD and the cost, to charge the lightfall sword you need to hit enemies with ur AA, elemental skil and burst, but there is a 0.1 sec CD, preventing the sword from charging when we hit multiple enemies, making it impossible to ever get 30 stacks without a C6 Eula with R5 pines. Second of all, she is a physical dps and her burst costs 80, since shes physical she cant deal constant cryo dmg to constantly generate particles, and when she does generate some, theyre not a lot, so i say right now shes completely great, maybe broken but not in the way like Ganyu and Hu Tao, if they were to buff her, it should only be one thing, or the stack CD or the energy cost, but both these buffs will arguably make her the strongest dps in the game

It's bc skyrider is better for Eula than sts. Sts may have higher base atk, but skyrider boosts atk when in use as well as having phys dmg sub. Sts has phys dmg too, but the ability isn't as useful for Eula as Skyrider's straight up dps increase (and skyrider is a free r5 as long as you haven't used them for fodder, sts is a pain to r5 and r5 barely even changes how it works)
