FOOTNOTE: CHANGLI *CAN* BE PRETTY COMPLICATED TO PLAY IF YOU WANT TO MIN-MAX HER. i didn't showcase alot of techniques that you can use because i frankly haven't had the time to spend tens of hours playing around with her while juggling all my other content. so just reminder that this guide aims to showcase most of the things the average player *CAN* pay attention to, and if you're sweaty hard core god tier changli gamer then you'll probably know everything already. that being said, thanks for watching :)

There's a faster way to build her forte gauge. It involves cancelling her skill animations but to do it, you have to jump first. You can hold attack to jump, press attack until she transforms into phoenix form, press resonance skill, then spam atk and the glide button together

Tbh that way is too hard for less dmg anyway, it's definitely super cool to pull off but I doubt it's worth enough dmg wise to learn

I lost 50/50 to jianxin at 77 pity, did a 15 pulls after and no 5 star in sight, lost hope, until last night, did a random 1 pull and got her. Thanks kuro games!

15:11 - changli has 4 crit rate nodes in her forte circuit, totaling up to 8%. Unless you are rolling with high CR substats, it's often the case that you still want to use a CR 4cost even when you are using emerald of genesis. Just because you are using a CR sword, it does not automatically mean you want to use a CD 4cost. The way to tell which one to use is very simple, multiply CR and CD together, whichever configuration gives you the bigger number is better. None of that 1:2 ratio shenanigans.

One cool thing when using her signature that can benefit Changli in stacking Blazing's passive even when high on enflamement, is that you can use her E to get additional 5 passive stacks for bonus dmg even when you have 4/4 Forte stacks into Forte -> Liberation -> Forte without losing TS her E gave her. This however doesn't allow for swap cancels due to the fact that HA with TS up post swap will execute TS attack as a priority wasting TS stack.

Changli has the most fun mechanic I've ever played in an open-world gacha ever. Now I'm hyped for Geshu Lin, Scar, and Phrolova.

I like to use her with my r6 yangyang with overtune (the er weapon idk if its the right name) since together with the weapon and one of her resonance chain she can easily build up her resonance gauge and give changli a 20% atk boost + allows for grouping (resonance enchance skill pull) and ult! Which allows me to intro with changli + buildup more of her ult along with hitting more enemies! Ps: i actually liked changli and was going to go for her originally design (phoenix) and sfx but the dragon lady swayed me fr since i like creature related powers/themes! so after getting super lucky with an eadly r1 jinshi w/ weapon + a guranteed (was gonna save it for zhezhi) i really didnt think i would get her! I just tried my lucky hoping i could get her atleast early u wouldnt mind losing the gurantee lmao got her at 20-30ish pity! Atm im building up pity to get 1 more mortefi con and i wouldnt mind getting more copies of her since i might try to aim for r2 in the future anyway! (Only using standard weapon i have no pulls) Hopegully tho i still get zhezhi!

Echo skill is situational , normally in ToA I would use AFTER the liberation because 12% more fusion damage is barely something and basic attack doesnt help Changli that much neither BUT getting almost 20% of her energy bar back is way more valuable even dps wise and the buff still will help her attacks while recharging, every single attack of Inferno rider three combo recovers a chunk of energy, personally I think is better using Inferno Rider as a battery than a buff tool just try no to miss his attacks. I clear floors way faster that way since I get liberation more often for her Forte-lib-forte combo. Using Echo before combo just to get a TINY bit more dps but your liberation will be delayed a lot is not worth it timing wise.

I believe her skill is actually her priority as most of her damage comes from that on a lower cooldown

Does the character's level increase their crit rate and crit damage? I thought i have pretty decent echos but i cant get to 70 cr and 270 cd or 80 cr and 260 cd like some people. Mines at lvl 70 with 55 cr and 240 cd. Using standard 5 star sword. Or does my echo just have low rolls 🤔

How the flying F do you get her to 70 percent crit rate and 225 plus crit damage. I am at 50 percent crit rate and Im already feeling this is the max I can go.

shes so good for me, she can deal about 100k with liberation with i think only verina and her inner skill. but i think its kinda low? i have 2k atk, 70/270 crit, and about 20% lib bonus. i also use standard 5s sword cuz im saving up for xiangli yaos weapon

If someone know then please answer, I lost my 50/50 to xinjiang in changli's banner then after losing half of my astrites i did another 10 pull, then i got Changli finally. But right after her i got xinjiang again :slight_smile: monk mommy loves me so much i think. So my question is, does that mean next limited banner character is guaranteed again for me? After i got changli my 50/50 should be reset and getting xinjiang again means i lost my 50/50 again right? or is that not gonna count since that was in the same 10 pull? i am confused. New in gacha game. Please can someone confirm?

If you get jianxin after changli as what i understand from your post then that means you are now guaranteed again for your nxt pull.
