Agreed, more tips from the pros would be amazing! I'd love to hear about the early pitfalls/traps, advantages, etc. they don't discuss much during competition or briefly during the post-interview. I just recently bought one of Bill's books and am slowly reading through it. I may not use much of what I learn in my line of work, but still excited to uncover and possibly utilize more within Excel.

think its easier to name a range "lookupCol" in row1 of the column and then do =iferor(vlookup(value, fullTable, column("lookupCol"), false),"n/a") . its annoying to have to use two different column ranges with xlookup assuming you set your key value pair properly as in the "name" column. wouldnt have the need to lookup via "birthday"
