I knew i used to listen to this song all the time but could not remember it. Once the corus flooded in, i hummed all of it flawlessly. It is crazy how music can make such an impression so many years later. What has it been... 12, 13 years? that seems to be a very normal thing for localized anime - but its a bit weird in starforce's case, since it was aired on toonami (a block that was intended mostly for teens)

Personally, both songs worked in different ways. Heart Wave talks about Geo becoming more open and expressing his dreams and aspirations. The english opening, though just boring classical sounding instrumentation, personally goes well with how they edited the opening for the English dub. Highlights Geo going from depressed to having the strength to fight alongside Omega-Xis.

I was planning to do a Tokusatsu version of Star Force. The story would be similar to the original one, but with teenagers instead of kids, and it would have a giant robot called AM-Zyu Oh. Unfortunately, that would take a lot of time and money for the costumes, so I gave up. Well, at least Kyuranger kind of did the job for me 😅

I watched them when they came out on Toonami Jetstream. Not sure why I looked it up, and I really don't remember much after the first couple of episodes, but it's memorable.
