I won't lie, even I've been tempted by the Lobo and I have a hard no 1/6 rule. It's such a great piece. I was surprised by how much I loved the Darkseid. It has an amazing presence and including the damaged parts from the heroes makes it epic!

Not even a Lobo fan, but that statue is dope af. The other statues imo that were amazing are Darkseid vs JL, both Harleys and the Samurai Robin. Never thought I would be interested in a Robin statue. Very cool pieces, great video and ty!!!

Yeah, I love that Iron Maiden so much! I actually missed the neck seam on the Batman. But since it's the proto it might not have been engineered properly yet. A lot of the statues at the show are the original protos and are actually held together with putty! Most don't even have magnets yet. So hopefully that neck seam gets fixed in production.

Yeah some of them are freshly 3D printed. I've seen them glue a statue together at a convention because it wouldn't stay together otherwise!

He was originally using batarangs and some people complained that batarangs wouldn't hurt Darkseid, so they changed it to the gun. I would have preferred batarangs personally, but still an awesome piece.

How do these 1/6 scale XM statues size up to 1/4 statues? I ask because I have been looking for a Darkseid statue for a while now that spoke to me. This Darkseid statue by XM Studios "is it." Would you say it would look small and awkward next to a Sideshow PF Superman at 26" height? I understand mass and size plays into it as well, not just height. And that's why I ask. Appreciate your awesome videos as always, Sisko.

The 1/6 scales will definitely look weird next to 1/4 scale statues. There's quite a big difference unfortunately. If you want a Darkseid to display next to the SS Superman I recommend waiting for a 1/4 one that you like.

Hmm, that is a tough call. I would say the Justice League vs Darkseid by XM, PS4 Suit Spider-man by PCS, and Ezio by Pure Arts. The Rock by PCS should really be in that top 3 instead of Spider-Man because it is soooo good. But I love me some Spidey ;)

@@ItsSisko My favorite is the XM Robin and Darkseid. I was also very happy to see in person the pieces you previously reviewed, Kong, Skull Island, Godzilla, planet of the apes etc.. Those pieces were awesome. I'm very disappointed SS did not unveil anything new besides cyclops.

Yeah, that Robin took me by surprise. It looks fantastic. I'm pretty disappointed in the Sideshow booth as well, I was hoping for more new pieces. But I'm glad I got to see Gambit and the MK VII, which I loved.
