Agree plus stairgate overload. I can see them moving in a few years, so Robbie and any other kids they have can have a garden. As a parent it is nice to have all your living quarters (not bedrooms) on one floor, easier to keep an eye on the kids.

This is our 43rd Christmas together.....our 16th legally ....as we married in my native Canada....and is also the 15th Christmas of our son, who will turn 16 years old next month in January. For us it was a marriage of TEXAS and QUEBEC. Retired as bishop of an affirming episcopal diocese in Ecuador where we went from illegality to civil unions to full marriage equality.
