Good tutorial Beast. Anyone new to STW and wants to know how to do the survivor squads will definetly want to check this video out. I used autofill on an alt account fully to see how well it did, but it really doesn't do a good job. Once you start getting better things, autofill doesn't swap things in correctly to upgrade the squads and your power level will actually stay lower than what it could be. Just follow the tutorial and do the survivor squads yourself.

For the newer players! You can get survivor xp by doing the 4 player recommended missions but if you are solo then i reccomend running the rescue misions because they give good xp as well.

I've seen many people still recommend not using autofill because it's broken, but it has been fixed for a long time. It just prioritizes matching the leads to the squads, personalities across the squads, and better rarities last. That's why it has two small "flaws". It won't go with a non matching epic even though it's better than a matching legendary at lower levels, which this video explains well, and it will rely on what you level up, so focus on leveling up higher rarity survivors. It does not care about matching bonuses at all.

You need 320 super chargers to supercharge every survivor to all 5 stars just in case you want to. I still am nowhere near done with squads. I still don’t have all of them matching and I need more mythics, especially leaders. I still have a long way to go. It’s been over a year. I’m way more behind than anyone else who’d be playing for over a year. I still don’t have anywhere near every schematic in the game and multiples of each schematic for different elements of husks or whatever

For account leveling the most efficient way to maximize it quick is doing afk endurances because of how long the waves take and also all the eliminations of the husks

Is it a bug that slotting super charged survivors (or anything else weapons, traps etc.) does not return the superchargers? If you have lower rarity survivors that’s you have supercharged make sure to recycle to get you chargers back.

Quick update in 10/2024 they changed it to where rareity matters the most at all levels. Like you said its one point different so its not a huge deal. Seems like they simplified it a little so you just have to worry about rareity first then level then matching personality.

I'm new to the game and when I put a base legendary survivor (not a personality match) in the slot over an epic survivor (personality match) its one point higher even at one star not leveled up at all.

When I have a legendary survivor who doesn't match my leaders personality it adds 20, the epic survivor that matches his personality is 19. Like you said its one point but a weird thing to change without patch notes. Maybe it's new or because you had them leveled up or something idk. I disagree with trap durability I’m a pl 134 and I’ve never had issues with traps running out in regular missions and if they do the missions pretty much over that’s only good in your storm shield endurances plus there is a hero that gives you more durability better to use those slots for damage bonuses.

Couldn't say the exact amount of trap xp it would take, but it will take a lot to get to 130. Check out some of Beast's trap videos to figure best perks for traps. Sometimes you want to change perks, especially in endurance SSDs, as some of the perks may need slight modifications to get the best benefit from the traps.

Yes. That is why there are three different mythic leads for each squad. This is to help you build the squads a bit easier using personalities that might fit the more abundant survivors you may have of a certain personality. All mythic leads have a set personality, and this never changes, so should help you hunt down the one you want.
