well Merlin been working on her growth from behind the scenes. As Merlin said in Mordred's interlude, he is doing his best to mentally have Mordred mature since strong influences during a summon will permenantly affect a Servant in all future summons due to it affects their Origin in the Throne. Having Mordred get closer to Ritsuka been his go to plan for this development.

​@ChaldeaWarmaster Mordreds summer version isn't a separate person. Swimsuit servants are a result of Saint graphs being tweaked as explained by Scathach. This is shown in the majority of summer events as servants such as ibaraki doji who want a swimsuit are told to go to Scathach to get their Saint Graph tweaked. Scathach also forcefully changed Caenis into her swimsuit rider form by changing her Saint Graph. It's not as though they're materializing another servant. It's the same servant just with a different Saint Graph. Mordreds saber bond 6 info also states that to avoid making her mad, the player shouldn't spend to much time with other servants which shows she gets jealous easily when it comes to the player.

The other Knights of the Round Table have a number of feats but Mordred is basically just Morgan's plot to steal the throne and Arthur's downfall. The minor legends paint him as crude and unchivalrous
