I wanted to like it, but as a person who knows alot about Korea, lots of the plotpoints just aren't realistic. Dae faking to be yuri's bf was illogical, as him being the chaebol family's driver's son would cause the same amount of scandal as the dad's bitch fit. Her getting mixed up in the boys dorm, korean names dont work like that Song is a family name its gender neutral. I guess it will be good for people who dont watch alot of korean shows

In first place I preferred Yuri, because i knew that Kitty will be going fell in love of her, and I really like the chemistry between each others, was more deeply. But I have to confess that Min Ho relationship is better, because they are enemies to lovers and they have more chemistry like a couple. Yuri and Kitty too, but I like more the friendship that they was building. I will going be sad if Min ho and Kitty don't stay together but I can understand and I'm going to aceptad. And sorry If I made mistakes. English It´s not my language.

Like I think it would be a good plot twist and it's implied one time when Min Ho think Dae Kitty and Yuri were a trouple!

This was the ultimate shipper roller-coaster, I can't even! Going by the trailer, I was rooting for Minho because I'm a sucker for a good enemies-to-lovers and a reformed douche trope. Then we saw why Dae lied and I was like "you know what, Dae might be a goody-two-shoes good guy but he seems decent and Kitty likes him". Then I was like "is Minho too annoying and metrosexual to be the endgame love interest?" Then "wow, how funny would it be if Kitty dumped Dae and Yuri dumped Julianne and they end up together?" Then Minho was on the plane and I LOST IT! Just to be clear, from how things stand now, I wouldn't mind Kitty ending up with Yuri or Minho. I think both dynamics are fun. But Kitty and Dae is meh, they're more like bffs than a couple.

It’s just me or the twist with yuri feels kinda out of nowhere and rushed? Edit: The reason I say that is because i felt that kitty got over Dae kinda quickly I don’t know maybe she didn’t like him enough and the reason because I said that about the twist is maybe because is just 10 episodes and it happened at the middle of the show to be honest the whole show feels out of place to me LMAO Minho went from “hate to love” I guess and when kitty started to have feelings for yuri the same happened with Minho realizing that he have feelings for kitty and I kinda feel bad for Dae To be honest is too confusing for me But I’m enjoying it tho Please Don’t bash me I’m just giving my opinion 🥹💜

Dae was such a sincere green-flag. I get that he messed up initially but Yuri was literally paying for his tuition and he was keeping her sexuality a secret as well, so him lying and keeping things from Kitty makes sense to me. Also, the fact that they were literally together for 4 years despite distance and time and yet they were unable to communicate well after they got back together makes no sense to me. Both the Yuri and Minho tropes kinda feel forced to me tbh. They're absolutely AMAZING characters but I just don't find their romantic connection with Kitty to be strong enough.

The thing is they showed in the beginning that kitty and Dae constantly were cut off or could not communicate outside of the letters for longer than 30 minutes. Dae was also lying about parts of his life and projecting an image of himself (not his personality but his life) because he didn’t want kitty to think less of him. Their relationship was the quality of a long distance relationship started by 14 year olds. They didn’t have any challenges to realize “hey we communicate differently”. They both romanticized their first relationship but fundamentally were incompatible. They were place holders for each other and are better off as friends. Yuri and Minho had all the meet cutes with kitty, all of the smaller moments, all of rough communication and the fate to push them together. Dae is a green flag but someone’s green flag is another person’s red. Those two really needed the distance for their relationship to be stable which is not ideal for long term.

Although there aren’t many for team Dae I still feel bad for him. His heart was broken when they broke up. You could see it in his face. Although we got to see Minhos character develop and his feelings for Kitty, I don’t feel like the feelings are mutual on her part. I see that rush of emotions and the spark with her “supposed” one sided feelings for Yuri and I also see it with her and Dae but idk what to expect for S2

Like you said Dae had the intention of fixing things with kitty but instead had his heart broken to pieces. Like I said before I don’t see that spark with her and Minho. Her feelings for Minho seem to be more platonic than romantic. I feel like the plot of the series was very rushed.

@Wednesday Addamss I’m for team MinHo not really because of the ennemies to lovers thingy. Literally couldn’t care less. But because I find the relation with Dae giving a 100% friend vibes and I feel sparks when Kitty is with MinHo! There is so much more alchemy and attraction between them. Also we saw the character development of MinHo since Kitty entered his life and if they end up together, we will see more great sides of him!

During the first few episodes I was annoyed that Dae and Kitty didn’t get to talk to one another! They kept prolonging it which led to Kitty being upset and made Yuri and Dae fake it even more. If we’re looking at Kitty’s perspective of flying in to SK just to see him with another girl, he shouldn’t get a second chance with her… I’m team Min Ho all the way! We love Rom Com’s where they hate each other at the beginning and end up falling in love. The fact that he can cook, can’t wait to see him express his love for Kitty more! Maybe cuter dates etc. I’m excited for Season Two.

Dae appreciation for the lack of comments on him lol, he's not perfect and made some dumb mistakes but they're teenagers so it's inevitable. After everything he still cares deeply about Kitty even though she was in love with someone else, the airport scene was sad af but it was the closure they needed. Alright, Dae is just boring & annoying, just like Matt Donovan in the vampire diaries if you know what I’m saying lol. I feel like it was messy it wasn’t what I thought I was kinda hoping for a sweet love story and I wouldn’t have cared it it wasn’t Dae and it was literally anybody else but why did she have to choose the girl in a relationship, it was just a lot of plots and plot twists that were not necessarily good choices it didn’t end in love and it felt a little bit like Emily in Paris just everyone charmed by her and I think that Yuri and Juliana’s relationship was sweet but interrupted by Kitty, it didn’t have the vibe I lived about to all the boys where it was Lara Jean and inside her head and a happy ending as kitty’s didn’t really at all

First of all it wasn't what I was expecting but loved it you didn't know what too expect until each episode was unfolding over all it keep you wondering who was she gonna end up with. He never meant to lie to her abt being in a relationship with yuri; he truly cared for her and didn’t want to expose her secret of being gay to anyone including kitty. Even right at the start he was trying to tell kitty abt the fake relationship but never was able to due to yuri not allowing him to. His feelings were genuine and his heart was in the right place for kitty. Why did kitty end up having feelings for yuri? They could’ve made them have a strong friendship/sister relationship where they trust each other selflessly; just like with their moms. I just hope in season 2, we’re able to get kitty and dae together again but where they both are sure abt their feelings and won’t let anyone get in the way of their love. Loved the plot and all the secrets and the characters all had and the love web was certainly entertaining BUT kitty and dae were supposed to be endgame!!

I don’t know what it is, must be the actor for Q being really good but his scenes somehow made me feel connected to Lara Jean and Peter, like I feel like this is someone Peter would be friends with. Maybe it’s because he likes sports and is American lol but I enjoyed him the most out of everyone. Also yes Dae deserved better, he got screwed over real bad, justice for him if they ever get a second season.

I like her with Min Ho. I feel that that is the most natural conclusion. I think Yuri always had feelings for her girlfriend and Kitty wouldn't get in the middle of that. I think Min Ho was right when he said Dae lied and lied and lied. He kind of expressed what the audience was thinking at that moment. Why is she with somebody who lied about everything to her.

The writers better make Kitty ends with Min-ho because there is so much sparks and a palpable alchemy between them! I only felt best friends vibes with Dae and Yuri! It was so obvious and popping from the screen! Also unlike the facade and image he gives at first side, Min-Ho is very loyal, paying attention to the details and a carrying guy. And I believe if they will end together, more great parts of him will show up! There is a great character development over here!
