When i watch asmr to fall asleep, the thing about these videos that really calms me down is just thinking about what the asmrist is doing, and how they are making these tingles for other people’s enjoyment. I dont know, i think just knowing that makes my heart warm. I see this especially in this video. Back in the early 70s i was a hippie teen and i had long-ish hair. My mom would sort of do this to my hair and this brings back memories.
