I could be wrong, but I remember a while back when a riot employee pitched an idea of having a popup say ''your opponent surrendered, do you want to keep playing''. With all these very interesting wincon put into the game, I think it would fit the game perfectly. It personally fills me with a mix of rage and sadness when I craft a meme deck and finally get my funny wincon after losing to elusives in Normals for 9 games in a row just to have the opponent hit surrender before I get to attack.

I experimented with this archetype a little as well and I personally run more predicts, since the deck can easily brick if you dont find Deserts Wrath early, or Xolaani late.

@@lepouletdemacron7493 Domination dies very easily. Yes she is great because of the husk alone (counting as two buffed allies), but it is not a reliable engine. Azir only pumps when he is leveled. By far the most reliable way to turbo Xolaani is Deserts Wrath. I would always aggressively mulligan for it and try to make room for predicts.

Gwen and Cait, similar stats for the mana, both with quick attack, both with a nexus damage level up wincon. When Gwen ATTACKS, she drains 2 from the enemy nexus, and grows her power. When Caitlyn STRIKES, she does 2 damage spread across random targets, after 1-8 turns.

Mikael's Blessing is actually pretty good in this deck, helps dealing with those Stuns and Frostbites.

Problem with Mikhael's Blessing is that it's either in your deck purely as a counter card (stun, frostbite, silence) or as a combo card (ephemeral), and both are way too situational to justify taking up a slot in your deck - most of the time it will just sit in your hand all game

@@flaym. Tbh, almost every game in this video had a (potential) stun or frostbite. Also, worst case you can use it as a +1/+2 buff. If you think aboutt it, Deny and Rite of Negation does the same, it just sits in your hand all game, if you don't actually need it.

Thank you for making fun content for people like me who barely are able to win at this game, Snnuy. LoR is a game I like but deal with being giga unlucky on. Favorite decks being bad, being out drawn, and even PoC beats me down into the dirt if I don't have a deck that is just overpowered as hell. I was wondering about that, I deliberately don't pay attention to the meta and never play anything that I haven't made myself, and I invented an Irelia/Gwen deck that I've had a lot of fun with (months ago, before the last release). I was wondering whether anyone else had ever thought to combine Blade Dance with Hallowed, or if I was literally the only one. It's a lot of fun to be able to kill off enemy units for free because they're forced to block a 7/1 Blade.

I played a game against it recently with celestials. First Xolaani got silenced, the other stunned and when i played my own Xolaani the opponent surrendered. I don't blame him. As for hush i cut it from most decks. Equipment being everywhere makes it unplayable.
