I just bought a Star 03 and its a major pain in the ass. Randomly it wont register lines or it will connect lines even if the pen is off the pad. If you want to focus less on art and more on fighting the hardware Id highly recommend this drawing pad.

I don't think. It needs USB connection. Even if we connect using OTG cable, I don't see its use that way. Also not sure if that will work, as I haven't tried it.
