Use BST with the ballistic vest! You can take way more damage :D (Sign as CEO, go to abilities and drop BST) you also deal more damage. When you can take more from others.

For dealing with opressrors: When they're low throw sticky bombs and detonate when it's near them. It takes practice but it works. Or if it's someone who's bad with the mk2, use a minigun or atomizer
